Abraham Lincolns Memorable Emancipation Proclamation was a perfectly timed speech, legislation, and event for the Civil War era, and in a sense, a variation of it could most definitely apply to both The Twentieth, and Twenty-First Centuries as well. But, in A New Form of An Emancipation Declaration! Why?
Because, Here "We" are Existing in The Twenty-First Century, In A New Millennium, and still "We" are faced with, yet, another UN-Declared War!
Wasn't The UN-Declared War in Vietnam Enough!
Or, Do "We" have to Relive, and Travel Down this same ole Path again! Aren't our Leaders, whether "They" be Republican, Democrat, Liberal, Conservative, Moderate, Progressive, or of The Tea, Tory, Labor, Green, Socialist, or Communist Party, Intelligent Enough, or, Haven't "They" Learned Enough to Foresee that "We The People," Citizens of This Earth do not Wish to be Driven into Another, (metaphorically speaking) Cattle Pen For The Slaughter!
This is Why, "We" must have New Representation Of, By, and For The People! And, if there is any Reason Why A Global Truce, and, Peace Dialogue should take place, Its to Draw up An Emancipation Declaration For "We The People," Citizens of this Planet Earth!

Its The Twenty-First Century, its Time that "We," Every Race, Creed, and Nationality, were Given Assurances that The Global Economy will be Energized by A Forceful Peace Time Evolution! Motivated by A Peace Time Entrepreneurialism!
And, Advanced, Maintained, and Sustained by Peace Time Incentives, and Objectives!
This should be The Motif of Our New Millennium, A Peace Time World Economy!
And, whatever The Incentives are, that are Provided by The Leaders of The Worlds New Age Nations, they should be of Equal Benefit to "We The People," in Parallel, with The New Millennium World of Finance!
And, whatever The Amount is, of Investment Capital, Provided by The World of Finance for Research and Development, these Funds should be Solely Provided for by The Global Financial Corporations and Institutions! And, their Primary Motivation should be their Concerted Desire to Support Ecological, Environmental, and New Millennium Technologies that are Beneficial to The Earths Natural State of Evolution, once again, In Parallel with The Human Evolution, and Education of "We The People!" Is this Too Much to Ask for! Haven't "They"Profited Enough already!

The Earths Resources are Limitless! There is More than Enough to Care for Each and Every Citizen of This Planet!
And, there is More than Enough Ingenuity, Curiosity, and Knowledge Available to Move The Earths Societies Forward, Towards An Age of Sublime Existence!
One that can be Shared by One and All, in Equanimity, and Equality!

And Yes, you can be Absolutely Positive that "We" will need a Strong Defense to Protect, Defend, and Preserve The Peace! However, First of All, "We" must Live, and Evolve in Peace if "We" are to Survive!
This is The Way To Peace, and A Peace Millennium!

Why else have so many Enlightened, Impassioned, Intelligent, and Consciously Aware Individuals Given their Lives for Us? Its so that "We" can Live in Peace!

Yes, Its Time for A New Perspective, and A New Universe of Priorities of A Peace Millennium! A Emancipation Declaration!

The Way To Peace should be An Agreement between "We The People,"Citizens of The Earth! And, It should definitely be A Promise made By Each of Us, To One Another!

But, it Will take Building A Nexus between All Women, and Men of Peace!
And, It Will Take Building A Bridge of Peace that Traverses over Troubled Waters, and, Reaches Across This Earth of Ours, To Each, and Everyone of Us!
A Nexus, and Bridge that Gives Birth to An Earthrise Movement of Hope, and Shared Prosperity For One, and All!

And, Its Time that The Political Power amongst Nations be Removed from The Control of The Elite, and Placed in The Hands of "We The People,"once more!
Why? Because, "We," Understand The Feeling of Loss, more Intensely, When A Member of Our Family has Died in Combat! Why? Because it is Our Children who are Dying!

I always find it troubling when one of "The Old Guard," in this case James Baker, uses a greatly admired individual, such as, in this case, Mother Teresa, to support their contention about what is the Best Way to Conduct Warfare, (even though its an UN-Declared War). If you viewed Mr. Baker being Interviewed by Fareed Zakaria, on Sunday, then, you are aware of, what comments Mr. Baker made, that, I am Referring to.
If there was ever a Time Period when "We The People," Citizens of this Earth, were in need of Peacemakers, and, Voices of Reason, such as, Mother Teresa, Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King, Siddhartha Gautama, Muhammad, Socrates, Confucius, Jesus of Nazareth, and, Lao-Tse, for Guidance, that Time is Now!
But, its amazing how far some Politicians, and, James Baker, certainly qualifies for being one, will go to prove that "They" (once again The Infamous "They") know what is Best for Us!
"They" have no problem discrediting by insinuation, anyone, at all, who does not agree with their opinions! And, "They" will use whatever rhetoric, or, falsification of facts, as in the case of The UN-Declared War in Vietnam, or, Iraq, to try, and, Manipulate Us!
Well, its Time for A Change of The Guard! And, what "We" need is A Peace Guard to Defend Our Freedom, and, Our Principles!
And, if, The Old Guard can not understand that The World has Changed, and, "We The People" no longer want their Advice, or, Consultation, if, "They" are unable to work towards the Total Implementation of A Peace Millennium, then, "They"should retire! Because, Its definitely Time for A Change!

Why? Because, for Much too Long "We" have been Coerced, and, Conditioned to Believe, and, Follow the Ideologies of, both, Religious, and, Political Leaders into Battle under False Pretenses, that emanated from their Lust of Power, Greed, and, at times, Purely Evil Intentions!
And, "We" have been told, over and over, that what was done, was for The Good of Mankind! But, what Good are "They" Referring to?
Surely, it is not the Millions of Families, who've lost a Child due to The, seemingly, Endless State of War, that has taken place, over The Course of Centuries!
Surely, They" could not be Referring to this Earth of Ours, being Ripped Apart by Nuclear, and, Atomic Weapons, and, Endless Testing! All this, In addition to The Damage that Conventional Weapons have Caused!
And, Surely,"They"could not be Referring to The Enormous Loss of Life of All Sentient Beings!
So, What is this "Good" that "They" are Referring to?
And, why did "They" Forget to Tell Us what The Price would be!

And, As The U.S., and, its Global Allies continue The Escalation of Fighting in Afghanistan, and, The continued Fighting in Iraq, and, The Global War on Terrorism, One begins to Wonder, Whats Going on? And, What is this Infamous "Exit Strategy," that, "We've" All heard So Much about!?
Certainly, The one in Iraq hasn't been adhered to, so far!
So, when will Peace Come?

And, How many more years will our Sons, and, Daughters be sent to Fight on Foreign Shores! Some Never to Return!
And, How many more years will "We" be Led down, yet, Another Path of Destruction!
But, its not just The Fighting in UN-Declared Wars, and, Regional Conflicts around The World, Its The Wounds that have been Inflicted upon Us by The Lies, and, Half Truths that have Added Insult to Our Moral Values, and, Intelligence!

Then, add to that, The Political Subterfuge! The Religious Subterfuge!
And, Subterfuge Inflicted upon Us by The World of Finance!
And, Then you Begin Wondering what Our Friends, Neighbors, and, Children, are Dying for!

Most Certainly, these Reasons are not the Same Ones that The Civil Rights, Anti-War, Racial, and, Economic Parity Movements were Fought for, over The Past Centuries!
And, Most Definitely, This is Not The Way To Peace!

And, It seems that, if "We The People," Citizens of This Earth are being asked to Continuously make Life and Death Sacrifices, shouldn't there be A Just Reward?
Such as Peace! An Everlasting Peace on Earth!
I'm not being Naive! I know that there will always be Someone, or, Some Nation that will attempt to Threaten The Peace, and, I've written this before!
But, that is Why, "We" have Trained Soldiers, Security Personnel, and, Officers of The Law, to Protect, Defend, and, Preserve The Peace!
And, One should not Underestimate The Soul Strength, and, Conviction of Peacemakers, and, Voices of Reason, to Stand as One in The Name of Peace, against any Aggression that Attempts to Threaten Peace, Freedom, or, This Sacred Earth of ours!
This is worth Sacrificing Our Lives for! And, for The Sake of Our Future, and, Present Generations!
And, If, this is what it takes to Live in Peace, then, "We" Will Resolutely Dedicate, and, Commit ourselves to Being a Soul Force For Peace, and, Life, hereafter, in Equanimity, and, Equality with One another!
The is The Just Reward that "We" have been Longing for!
And, It is The Just Reward that "We" Expect from the Great Efforts that "We" have Put Forth to Achieve A Lasting Peace on Earth! Irregardless, and, Inspite of The Lies that History has proved, "We" were Wronged by!

Today's, World Leaders should put aside their Own Agendas, and by, the Same Example of Millions upon Millions of Women, and, Men who have Sacrificed their Lives, Work Without Pause, to Coalesce around A Global Peace Agenda!
This is The Way To Peace, and, A Peace Millennium!

I keep returning to this simple equation, which is; Results not Talk, or, Action not Talk, but, All that President Obama, his Administration, and, The Republican Party, and, their Leadership, seem capable of doing is, Talk! Even when "They" pass, what "They," (once again, The Infamous "They") Deem is "Important Legislation," "They" still Find a Way to Ruin it with Poor Administrative/Management/Distribution skills!

For example, (1)"They" pass a 780 Billion Dollar Stimulus Bill (Reinvestment and Recovery Act) and, the Result is UN-Employment Rises to 9.7 percent. Where are The Jobs! And, Where did The Money Go! There is still a Third of it, that Goes Unspent! What are "They" Waiting For!

(2) President Obama Travels to Copenhagen, Denmark to do something, meaningful, and, substantial about Climate Warming, and, what is the Result, Virtually Nothing! And, Once again, More Talk and Nothing gets Done, in The End!

(3) And then, President Obama, his Administration, and, The Democratic Party Vote on A Health Care Reform package that can not be Implemented!

(4) And, what does The President do about The Massive Debt/Deficit that The U.S. has, He creates a Commission/Panel to Find Solutions to This Problem! And, raises The Debt Ceiling to 14.3 Trillion!

(5) And, as if The UN-Declared War in Iraq wasn't Enough, President Obama, and, his Administration Decide to Escalate The UN-Declared War in Afghanistan, as well. With the Same Exit Strategy, as Former President Bush had for Iraq, which is None! No Matter what "They" Tell Us, "We" All Know that, "They" will Keep Our Armed Forces there, For As Long As "They" think "They" can! Which will be until "We The People," Citizens of This Earth say Enough is Enough, and, Its Time that "They" Pull Our Troops Out, and, Bring Them Back Home! You would think that The UN-Declared War in Vietnam was Enough of a Hard Lesson to Learn!

In the Meantime, The Republicans Continue to Play their Games of Partisan Politics, so, that "They"can win back The Seats that "They" Rightfully Lost, Due to Their Incompetence, over The Last Decade!

What will it Take for these Politicians, Democrat, and, Republican, to Understand that "We" want Results, and, Solutions to The Problems of UN-Employment, Health Care, and, Poverty!

What will it Take for them to Understand that "We The People," are Struggling to Survive!

Vice President Biden's comment that "Washington, Right now, is Broken," is a Gross Understatement! Washington is more like Clogged Artery of The Heart, and, It is Going to Give The U.S. and The World, a Heart Attack, if it Continues to Follow, and, Wallow, in its Present Course of Political Destruction!

Is there any Doubt in Your Minds that "We" need a Change in the Political Leadership of The United States!

There are Philanthropic, Spiritual, and, Economically minded Women and Men, of Conscious Awareness who are, already, In Action, and, Actually Doing Something to Change The World! And, Make it a Habitable Environment For One and All to Share!

And, its Important that these New Millennium Alliances, Visibly, Make Their Presence Known!

"We" need A New Face, A New Reflection, A New Universal System led by Women, and, Men who Understand The needs of "We The People," Citizens of This Earth!

Women, and, Men who Understand The Heart and Soul of "We The People," Citizens of This Earth!

Women, and, Men who Understand The Great Spirit of "We The People," Citizens of This Earth!

And, are Willing to Go Beyond the Comforts of their own Homes, and, Offices to Make Sure that "We" are Enjoying the Fruits, and, New Millennium Resources that are Plentiful on This Beautiful Planet of Ours! Without Ravaging, and, Raping it, as Both, Global Corporations, and, Nations have done in The Past, and, In many Cases Continue to Do!

There is Absolutely No Reason Why, Any Child should be Living in Poverty!

And, There should be, Absolutely, No Reason Why, Anyone should be Homeless, or, Lack for Health Care!

There is, and, always, has been, More than Enough Resources on This Earth, For Everyone to Share!

But, The Leaders of The Worlds Nations have to Get Their Priorities in Order, before, this will ever Happen!

Or else? "We" Will Fire Them in The Next Elections, and, Elect Women, and, Men, whether they be Musicians, Bookstore Owners, Bus Drivers, Postal Employees, Police Officers, Firemen and Women, our Next Door Neighbors, Librarians, or, Artists of Whatever Persuasion, to Replace them!
But, What is Most Important, is that these New Electives Understand The Deep Suffering, Neglect, and, Lack of Respect of "We The People," Citizens of This Earth have Endured!

And that, This Must End! It has been Going on For Much Too Long a Period of Time! Centuries! And, Enough is Enough!

But, "We" Will need the Use of All of The New Millennium Technological Advancements, as well as, the Old, to Counter, and, Neutralize All of The Negative Conditioning that has been used to Control, Misuse, Abuse, and, Manipulate Us!
This includes, Texting, Emails, Twitter, Blackberry, Wires, Cell Phones, Telephones, Music, Film, The Arts, Radio, Cable and Network TV, Satellites, Yahoo, Google, Myspace, Linkedin, Youtube, Newspapers, Facebook, and, Whatever Cross-Media Services, and, Outlets that are Available to Us, to Spread The Word, that its Time For A Change! Is there any Doubt in Your Mind, that A Change must Come! A Peace Change!

Every time I Hear, or, Read about, yet, another Proposal for a Bail Out Plan, whether, it be for The Country of Greece, or, a Global Bank Tax, as is Being Proposed by Prime Minister Gordon Brown of The UK, or, a New Bank Levy Proposal, by President Barack Obama to Raise 90 Billion Dollars, I just shake my head in Disbelief, and, say to myself Whats Goin' On! I can Hear Marvin Gaye singing it,"Whats Goin" On, Whats Goin' On!"

But, by whatever name "They" (Once again the Infamous "They") want to call it, such as, The Reinvestment and Redistribution Act, The End Result doesn't seem to Change the Tragic State of Global Poverty, Overly High UN-Employment, Homelessness, or, The Negative Class Distinction surrounding The Status Quo Between The Races!
"We've All been Born to this Earth! And, The Sun Rises and, Sets on Each and Everyone of us, in the same way!

But, I would like to know who gave The Leaders of The Worlds Nations the Authority to Continuously Raise our Taxes, over and over, again!
It would be Different if these Taxes were Actually being Used to Erase Poverty from The Face of this Earth! Or, were being Prioritized, and, Applied Towards Building more Schools, and, Paying for Our Children's Education!

But, All I Hear about is Another Budget Cut, and, or, Slashes in Education, and, Cutbacks Effecting The Fire, Police, and, Post Office Departments, and, In The Arts!
And, unfortunately, this is Taking Place in States, Cities, Towns, and, Villages, all through-out The United States!
Again, "Whats Goin' On!" And, How long will this Inept State of Being Continue to Exist! I thought that The New Millennium was supposed to be A Culturally Evolved Time Period!

Sadly, although very importantly,"We" are All Aware of, just, How Broken Down The System is! Which one? The Political, Financial/Economic Systems, etcetera, it doesn't seem to matter, "They are All Broken, and, Dysfunctional! Which Gives all the More Reason, and, Importance to Why, A Change must Come! A Peace Change!

But, Why A Peace Change? Because, A Peace Change does not Favor any Specific Political Party, Race, Creed, Nationality, or, Corporation, in Particular!
But, it does Favor "We the People," Citizens of This Planet Earth!

For example, When a Major Snow Storm, or, Natural Disaster shuts down business in Washington D.C., or, Country that is being effected by the Disaster, "We" need to Know that Each and Everyone of us Will still have a Place to Live, and, Food for Our Families!

"We" need to Know that "We" Will have Nothing to Fear, when Our Jobs are Terminated due to Cutbacks, for whatever Reason!

"We" need to Know that our Health Care will be The Top Priority of Our Elective Officials, and, Not some Lobbyists, who is Representing The Health Care Industry!
"We" need to Feel Secure within Ourselves that "We" Will Never Lose Our Homes Because of a Financial/Economic System that is being Manipulated, and, Controlled by a Global Group of Capitalistic Oligarchs!

"We" need to be able to Trust that Our Principles, and, Values are Not being Corrupted, Subjugated, or, Threatened by any Religious, Spiritual, Financial, Dictatorial, Crime, Terrorist, or, Political Leader, whose Selfishness, and, Perverted Behavior can only Lead Us to Chaos, and, more Destruction!
This is Why, A Peace Change must Come! Peace is Beneficial to Everyone!

And, for this Reason, is Why, "We" need Women, and, Men to Step Forward in The Name of Peace, and, A Shared Prosperity for One and All!

This is Why "We" need Peacemakers, and, Voices of Reason to Come to our Aid, as have Mahatma Gandhi, Mother Teresa, Lao-Tse, Muhammad, Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela, Socrates, Siddhartha Gautama, and, Jesus of Nazareth, Come, in The Past, to Guide us on The Way To Peace!

And, by Their Exalted, and, Humane Example, Let us Vote, or, Choose New Elective Officials who Reflect Their Example, and, Our Belief of what Leadership should be, and, Take us To a Higher Ground,and, Elevated State of Being for Sowing The Seeds of Peace, in this New Decade, and, New Millennium! This is The Way To Peace, and, A Peace Millennium!

Voices of Reason, and, Peacemakers from All Over This Planet Earth, Whomever, and, Wherever you may be, "We" have Much Work to Do!
Let Our New Peace Initiative Gather unto us, and, unto Each Other A Great Soul Force of The Truth, and, Peace!
And, Let this New Gathering/Nexus of Peace Evolve into a Universal State of Empowerment, and, Earthrise Movement, that Non-Violently, Demonstrates, Marches, Tweeters, Emails, and, Sings Out to The Leaders of The Worlds Nations to Give Peace a Chance!

And, Whether it be by Facebook, Linkedin, MySpace, Network TV, Radio, Cable TV, Satellite, Newspaper, Sit Ins, Cell Phones, Blackberries, Texting, Wires, Film, Music, Literature,Telephones, via The Internet, or, whatever Cross-Media Universal Outlets that are available, Let us Call upon our Leaders to Declare a Global Truce, and, Peace Dialogue, amongst All Warring Factions of This Earth! And, Impress upon them that "We" the People," Citizens of Earth, Wish to Live in Peace!

Its Time that The Leaders of The Worlds Nations Gave out Explicit orders to Our Armed Forces, Police, and, Security Forces, that The Citizens of This Planet Earth, The Third Planet from The Sun, have Called upon them to Defend, Protect, and, Preserve The Peace!
This is The Way To Peace, and, A Peace Millennium!
Lets Give Peace a Chance, after all, "We" are The World!

"We" did not Elect these Leaders to Pass The Buck, or, Pass The Blame from One Party to Another, Millennium after Millennium!
"They" were Elected to Represent us! And, if "They" (the Infamous "They") can not do their Job, Responsibly, then, in The Coming Elections, Let us Make our Voices Heard, and, Fire them! A Time of Peace must Come!

The Way To Peace! XXXVII

Once again, "We" were informed that, at sometime this year there would be another Terrorist Attack in The U.S. Like this is going to Shock, Surprise, or, Threaten any of Us!
If the U.S. Intelligence Community is not prepared to Prevent such an Attack from Happening, after all these Years, of Existing in A State of UN-Declared Warfare, then, I would be Sincerely Surprised, and, Shocked!
But, what is the Reason for this Announcement? Is it, Purely to Satisfy, yet another, Congressional Hearing, or, Out of a Real Concern!
I hope it's the latter!
Why? Because, I have noticed that these Type of Pronouncements usually occur when Elections are about to take place at sometime, in the Near Future!
However, "We" are involved in Three UN-Declared Wars,(One War in Iraq, Another in Afghanistan, and, The Global War on Terrorism!), so, The U.S. Armed Forces should be Mobilized, and, Ready for Action!
And, "We The People," should be Mentally Tough Enough, by now, to Withstand any Threat, or, Attack on our Shores!
But, this is not War, like it used to be, is it!

In the Past (World War II for example) there was No Doubt about, Why "We" were Fighting in the War! And, there was, always, a Sense of Integrity to Our Cause!
And, All Phases of The U.S. Manufacturing, and, Business/Financial Communities were Allied to Produce Whatever Service Needed, to Defend our Shores from Attack, or,Support Our Troops, or, Come to The Aid of Our Allies!
But, Today, All of these Lines are Blurred, aren't they!

For Example, Our Banks aren't Going out of Their Way to Provide Loans to Small Businesses, or, Homeowners!
And, The Financial Community, in General, doesn't appear to be Overly Concerned with the Fact that "We" are Fighting in Three UN-Declared Wars!
Or, that The U.S. Economy/American People are in Life, and, Death Struggles to Survive, Support Their Families, or, Pay Their Bills on Time!
And, Its Unconscionable, how "They" (the Infamous "They") Give out Large Bonuses, in the Face of a National UN-Employment of 9.7, and, amongst People of Color, as High as 16.5 per cent, or more!
There is No Logic to these goings on! How can you explain it! Why is there so much Poverty! Why are there so many, who are Homeless, and, Living in Shelters, Tents, Their Cars, or, on the Streets of our Cities, Towns, and, Neighborhoods!
You've heard the stories, and, so have I, of a Single Woman, or, a Family living in Their Car. Why?

President Obama's Administration is now asking The Congress to Pass a Jobs Bill, of more than One Hundred Billion Dollars. Why?
What Happened to the Seven Hundred and Eighty Billion Dollar Recovery and Re-Investment Act that The U.S. Congress Passed, last February? Who Benefited by that Bill, of which, not all of it, has yet been Completely Distributed?
And, I don't Understand, how, In these Times of High UN-Employment, Natural Disasters, War, Genocide, and, Regional Conflicts, that any Government, or, Leader, can Hesitate, Procrastinate, or, Delay Helping the Millions of Us, Who Are in Need. And, not just when its Politically Correct to do so, or, When It Looks Good to do so, In The Headlines!
People are in Need Everyday! For Example, Citizens of This Earth are in Need of Good Sanitation, Affordable Health Care, Legal Aid, and, Lower Taxes!
Our Children, and, Their Children, are Deserving of Having a Good Education!
And, Untrammeled Opportunities to Achieve Their Goals, and, Enjoy Their Lives!
As a Matter of Fact,"We" are All Deserving of Living in Peace!
And, "We" are All Deserving of Having Compassionate Leaders who are UN-Afraid of the Latest Polls, and, are Willing to Get Down with The People! Live amongst Us! Take the Subway with Us! Take a Bus with Us! And, Walk and Talk with Us! And, not just at Town Hall Meetings!
I know that there are Security Concerns, but, Who amongst Us is Safe from Harms Way, in Today's World! "We" All Have a Responsibility to One another!
"We" are All Citizens of this Earth! The Third Planet from The Sun!
And, "We" Need Leaders who are For The People, and, Who Genuinely Care for The Welfare of The People! Each and Everyone of Us, no matter what Race, Creed, or, Nationality "We" may be! "We" are All Citizens of The Earth!
As Bob Dylan wrote, and, sang "The Times They are a Changing," and, "We" Need our Elective Officials, Religious, and, Spiritual Leaders, and Business Leaders to Walk Hand in Hand with Us, and, Together with Us, Bring about A Peace Change, Which Means, to Put an End to War!
A Peace Change that Brings about a Peace Time Economy, Which Means, Ending the Control that Capitalistic Oligarchs have over The Global Economy!
Its Time for A Peace Millennium, that "We" can All Rejoice in! A Culturally Evolved Time Period! A Technologically, and, Scientifically Evolved Time Period!
An Age of Hope, Integrity, Compassion, and, Respect for One Another! And, An Age of Shared Prosperity, For One and All! This is The Way To Peace, and A Peace Millennium!

I was surprised at some of what President Obama spoke about in his State Of The Union Speech. At times he sounded as if he was an Activist, Criticizing the Faulty Behavior of The US Congress, and, The US Supreme Court!
But then, I had to Remind myself that He is also at Fault! He is The President of these United States of America, and, as the saying goes " The Buck Stops Here!" Which is to say, at His Desk!
And, if, He is Sincere about Change, then, it is Important that Change, Starts at The Top, which is with him, and, Joins Hands with "We The People," and, Walks Hand in Hand, in The Name of Change, Peace, and, A Shared Opportunity, and, Prosperity for One and All!
Actually, I thought that His Speech should have been a State of The Union Call to Activism! How else is he to Implement His idea's!
And, What He needs to Do is Take a Hands on Approach, If, He truly Desires to Improve the Disturbing Effect that The US Economy has had on "We The People!"
He should go State by State, City by City, Town by Town, Neighborhood by Neighborhood, and, from House to House, if necessary, if, He is to Make a Positive Change in our Overall Economic/Financial State of Being!

And, He should Invite Leaders of The Business Community, Neighborhood Peace Activists, Philanthropic, Spiritual, Religious Leaders, and, Honest, Hard Working Men and Women, to Join Him in, A "We The People Come First Movement!"
This would be an Important Step Forward in Establishing a Peace Time Economy, and, A New Peace Initiative!
And, This would be a Positive Step Forward Towards bringing Hope to our Nation!
And, It would bring The Message of Hope to The Poorer Communities, who would Appreciate this Display of Concern for their Welfare, and, also, See the Proof of A New State of The Union Activism!

And, The Middle Class would be Grateful for a Helping Hand in Addressing Their Financial/Family Concerns, by Such a Demonstration of Humane Activism!

And, The Homeless would Rejoice in Seeing that there was a Positive End in Sight, to The Nightmare that They have been Experiencing!
This is The Way To Build a Flourishing New State of The Union of these United States Of America!
United in Caring for its Homeless!
United in Caring for its Middle Class!
United in Caring for One, and All, In Divisible, as Citizens of This Planet Earth!
This is The Way To Peace, and, A Peace Millennium!

And, I suggest to The President that, should He take my humble advice, when He Visits The States, Cities, Towns, Villages, Neighborhoods, and, Homes of America, that He shouldn't Come Empty Handed, or, with Empty Pockets!

And, Don't Tell us what He is Going to Do! Come with All the Resources of The President of The United States of America, and, a Check Book, Prepared to Pay for whatever State, City, Town, Village, Neighborhood, or, Home Improvements that "We The People," May be in Need of! This would be an Example of Government Activism that Works, for A Change!
This would be an Example of Government Putting its Best Foot Forward!
And, Marching Hand and Hand with The People!
This would be an Example of A Government of The People, For The People, and, By The People!"
And, This would be The Way To Peace, and, A Peace Millennium!
This is The Change "We" need! Now!

If, The President would like to be a True Advocate for Change, or, a Peoples President, then, He has to Leave The Oval Office, and, Return to The Reality that "We The People." have been Thrust into, Due to The Corruption, Greed, Lust for Power, and, Selfishness of The Capitalistic Oligarchs, whose Lobbyists, and, Politicians of A Failed, and, Broken Financial System has Caused!
The idea of a Subprime Loan was not that of a Hard Working Teacher, with a Family of Two!
The idea of a Subprime Loan was not that of a Hard Working Musician, who has a Family, and, is working as many Gigs a Week as he possibly can to Support his Family, and, Keep up The Payments on his Mortgage!
The idea of a Subprime Loan was not that of a Bus Driver, who can not get a loan from the Same Bank who Gave him, his Sub-Prime loan in the First Place!
And, Its Time for those in The United States Government, and, The World of Finance to Accept their End of Responsibility for The Financial Destruction that "They" have Inflicted on The American People!
And, "They" should Make whatever Reparations Necessary to Alleviate The Stress, Frustration, and, Damage that "They" have Caused, by their Selfish, and, Thoughtless Actions!

And, "We" don't have time for Congress to Pass another Bill, or, Establish another Committee to Rehash the Same ole Same ole Partisan Politics that "They (Once again The Infamous "They") seem to think Accounts for Points Won and Lost, in their Endless Squabbling, At our Expense!

"We" just don't have Time for it! And, Either "They" get it, or, "We The People," will Fire them in The Next Elections! Then, "They will get it! And, You can Bet on it!

Voices of Reason, and Peacemakers, Let it Be our Covenant, our, Mission, and, our Resolute Purpose to Work, Arduously, To Right The Wrongs of of Millions of Americans whose only Fault was to Trust in their Banks, and, Elective Officials!
Let us Commit, and, Dedicate ourselves to Right The Wrongs of Billions of Citizens of This Sacred Earth, whose only Fault was to Believe in The Rhetoric of Sophists, who Cared, only, about How much Profit "They" were gong to Make!

Let us Be A Great Soul Force in The Tradition of The Mahatma, Martin Luther King, Mother Teresa, Siddhartha Gautama, Muhammad, Jesus, Socrates, Nelson Mandela, and, so many Women, and, Men who Gave Their Lives, in The Name of Freedom, Civil Rights, Equanimity, Equality, and, A Shared Prosperity for One and All!
And, in The Name of Peace, for All Sentient Beings!

And, Let us Call upon The "Leaders of The World Nations to Declare A Global Truce, and, Peace Dialogue to Address the Issues that are of a Great Concern to us!
And, This Global Truce, and, Peace Dialogue should, also, be used to Engage in Discussions with all of The Warring Factions of this World of ours, To Find A Way to Live in Peace!
And, Let us Be Peace Advocates, and, Peace Ambassadors!
And, Let us Take The Initiative, The Peace Initiative to A World of Peace!
This is The Way To Peace, and, A New Peace Millennium!
Lets Give Peace a Chance!
