The Way To Peace Depends on "We The People," Citizens of The Earth Making a Resolute, Consistent, and Positive Position in Our Pursuit of A Peace Millennium!
"We" will have to Overcome The Nay Sayers, and The Capitalistic Oligarchs who would Deny Us The Peace of Mind, and Quality of Life that Should be Ours to Enjoy on A Daily Basis!
And, "We" will have to Address the Implementation of Our Emancipation Declaration of The New Millennium on Point by Point Basis!
Beginning with The Conscious Awareness, and Resolve that Change Must Come!
And, A Conscious Change in Our Priorities will be Needed, if "We" are to Establish An Age of Peace on Earth, Starting Now, in The Twenty-First Century!

First of All, Education is One Area where "We" Can All Universally Agree, that it should Be Free for Every One!
This is A Highly Ethical Point of Contention, The Idea of Making a Profit by Educating Our Children Lacks in Any Principled, or Humanistic Thought of What A Culturally Evolved Age should be!
The Time and Cost of Educating our Children should Not be Apart of any Peace Time Equation, in Which The Education of Our Children is Concerned!
Their Minds and Intellect Need Time to Absorb, Process, and Reflect on The Information, Knowledge, and Historical Data that they will Learn about This Planet of Ours!
And Their Emotions Need The Time to Come into A Universal and Personal Balance with The Intellectual and Empirical Experiences that will Enter into Their Consciousness on A Daily Basis!
And, The Last Thing that any Parent should Worry About what The Financial Cost of Their Child's Education will be! Quite simply, Money should Not Be a Factor!
And, without a Doubt, The Education of Our Children should be One of The Main Points of Our Emancipation Declaration!
Europe is Far in advance of The United `States in This Area! Its unfortunate that The U.S. has made such a Business out of Our Children's Education!

And secondly, of course, A Peace Time Economy should definitely be One of The major Points of Our Emancipation Declaration as was Presented in the March 15th blog of The Way To Peace!

And, A Strong Defense Will be Needed!
Today's Mothers and Fathers have Great Pride in Their Children who are in The Armed Forces! However, Imagine The Pride "We The People," Citizens of The Earth would have in Knowing that The Armed Forces of The Earths Nations Existed Solely to Protect, Preserve, and Defend The Peaceful Evolution of The Citizenry of The Planet!
And that, Their Duty would be to Serve, "Of, By, and For The People!"
And, To Protect, Preserve, and Defend The Bodies, Minds, and Souls of "We The People!" And that, This would be The Centerpiece of Their Strategic World Defense Parameters!
And lastly, that, Each and Every Member of The Earths Armed Forces would Know in Advance that Their Responsibilities Encompassed A Universal Macrocosm that is Rooted in The Emancipation Declaration of A Solar Axiom that Embraced Every Citizen of The Earths Populace, Irregardless of Race, Creed, or Nationality!
And that, Their Defense, Preservation, and Protection of Our Lives is The Root of The Peace Equation that Our New Millennium is Founded on!

And, as The Universe is Limitless in Scope, so, Will Our Peace Equation be Limitless in its Potentiality! However, Its Surety, Fate, and Institutionalization lies in Our Resolute Commitment, and Conscious Awareness of Both Our Present, and Future Generations Right To Live in Peace!

The Way To Peace Relies on "We The People," Citizens of The Earth presenting a United Front for The Invisibles to See! Who are The Invisibles? I'm referring to an Elite Circle of Men and Women who are The Members of what was once referred to as "The Kitchen Cabinet," during Ronald Reagan's Presidency, and are a Global Hierarchy of Affluent Personnages who are the Controlling Forces behind our World Leaders, if you can imagine this! For example, The Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Wall Street, and All of The Other Global Money Markets are their Playing Fields! Is it possible? Yes, and, Anything is Possible within their Area of Influence! Especially if it is Beneficial to their Profit Making Enterprises!
"They" (the Infamous "They") prefer to Remain unseen and Invisible to The Public, and Out of Reach of The Global Media, and Financial Regulators!
What I am about to suggest is not an Act of Appeasement by No Means, however, it is an Important Logical and Realistic First Step to Dealing with these Capitalistic Oligarchs/Movers and Shakers, By Demonstrating to them that "We The People," are A United Front for Peace! Why? Because "They" do not want Chaos to Effect their Businesses, unless of course, "They" are in Control of it!
And, Let's Face it, "Business is Business," This is their UN-Holy Mantra, and "They" do not want to Lose Control of The Global Financial or Political Systems Arena, however Broken these Systems may be!
And, because of their Money Machine "They" can Buy or Transcend Political Agendas, because "They" are The Party that Politicians rely upon to Finance their Elections! Which is Why "We" Need to Place a Firm and Unyielding Lid on Campaign Spending!
But again, by Showing them that "We" are The True Proponents of Change, and that "We" are An Earthrise Populist Movement of Peace, Changes The Dynamics, Global Strategies, and Overviews of Their Power Equation!
It Clouds their Global Vision and Forces them to Regard Our Peace Initiative more Closely and Seriously!

And, that "We" present a More Viable Alternative to The Broken Down Political and Financial Systems that are Currently in Place!
"They" also know that This Time Space Reality is in a State of Change, but, what "They" don't know is who to Place their Bets/Money on! Who will be The Leading Catalyst! And, who will Lead The Way!
All that "We The People," Citizens of The Earth have to do is Continue to Be A Great Soul Force of Peace, and A Force Majeur that can not be Denied, or Ignored!
Let's Face it, "They" are not Blind to The Fact that "We" are The Backbone, and The Universal Component that Energizes and Drives The Global Economy!
And, "We" know that "We The People," are The Body, Mind, and Spirit that Pioneered this Planet, and Without Us, their World Vision can not be a Reality!

These New Technological Advancements Can Lead The Way to New Jobs in Space Exploration, and The Protection and Care of Our Earth, Seas, and Skies!
New Technologies Equal New Jobs, and A Demand for More Production in Manufacturing! All Leading to Financial Liquidity for "We The People!"
And, A Quantum Leap in Our Global Economy that is Beneficial To The Growth and Stability of "We The People," Citizens of The World! And, A Growth and Quality of Life that Can be Shared by One and All!

From Israels decision to Build 1,600 additional new households in The Occupied West Bank for approximately 8,000 homeowners, just as New Negotiations are about to Begin with The Palestinians!
To, U.S. Supreme Court Justice John Roberts Strongly Voiced Dissatisfaction over President Obama's Criticism of The Supreme Courts Decision (which could allow Special Interest Groups, and Foreign Corporations to spend without limit in U.S. Elections) During his State of The Union speech!
To, Michael Moore's offer to Replace Rahm Emanuel, The White House Chief of Staff, now that would be interesting!
To, Frank Rich, Acclaimed Reporter of The New York Times, Critique of The President and His Administration!
To, The Republican Party, continuing to Object to how The Obama Administration and The Democrats are Handling of The Economy, and Health Care Reform!
To, The Difficulty that The President is having with Members of His Own Party, whether "They" be Moderates, Liberals, Blue Dog Democrats, and U.S. Congressman Dennis Kuccinich, of Ohio, "They" all have their own Interests, and Reservations about the Present State of The Health Care Reform Bill!
To, The Continued Intolerably High Rate of UN-Employment in The United States!
I think that I would be Fairly correct in assessing that this has not been The Presidents Finest Week of Presidency!
And, He is Still Presiding over Three Wars, Two of which are UN-Declared!
He must Sense that He is in Immediate Need of a Positive Result/Upturn from The Policies that He has Chosen to Make!
But, It seems, to me, that Too Much has been Done Trying to Convince The Republicans that He is Right, and then, Having to Defending His New Policies, but, Without Conviction, or Acclamation of His Policies, by The American People!
All it Appears that He has Going for Himself, at Present, is a Portfolio of Impressive Speeches! Which, unfortunately for Him, adds up to being a lot of Words Without Enough Action, and, or Without Substantive or Positive Results! Which is simply, Just not Enough!

Yes, The Reinvestment and Recovery Act, that was Passed in February of 2009, had Potential, (how can 780 Billion not Give The President and His Administration Nothing but the Potential to Succeed) but, The Results were Poor, which is to say the Least, in Having the Positive Effect and Results that The American People Needed! Which, unfortunately, is Still the Case! With UN-Employment Still Existing at Ludicrous Levels!
Yes, The President Bailed Out The Banks, and Wall Street, but, Because of His Administrations Surprisingly Lack of Economic, or Quite Simply, A Practical Economic Vision, "They" Caused The Near Bankruptcy of Main Street America, The Street where "We The People," Live, Resulting in even Higher UN-Employment than what The Bush Administration Caused! Which has Brought About even Greater Loss, with Tens of Millions of Americans Out of Work!
The President, His Administration, The Republicans and Democrats have a lot of Explaining to do! Their Constant Squabbling, Bickering, and Partisan Politics have been, and Continue to be Very Harmful to "We The People!" And, The Ripple Effect has not Benefited The Citizens of The Earth as well!

Lets Face it, Americans are Vacationing more at Home, when, and if, They are able to Take a Vacation at All!
And, any thought about Traveling Overseas has become a Luxury that Most can not Afford to do!
And, this has not helped The Global Economy to Rebound!
And, The Effect that the Poor Economy has had on Students is Manifold!
Lets Face it, Students are Limited by (1) There being Less Employment Opportunities Available, and (2) The Cost of Education, and Debt incurred by Student Loans, has Put an End to any Thought of Traveling Abroad!
Student Housing, Books, and Gas is Enough to Deal with, Financially!

And then, to Add to this, you have The Lack of Inspirational Leadership and Image by The Republicans and Democrats!
I sincerely hope that The Labor Party, Tories, and Democrat Candidates who are Running for Election, or Re-Election in The UK are Displaying a more Positive, Trustworthy, Inspiring Vision and Decorum than what "We" have Witnessed here in The U.S. of A.
And, it doesn't Appear to Matter whether it be Democrat or Republican "We" Continue to Witness the Same Ole Pork being Handed out, that has been Going on for Centuries!
I'm sure that you've heard the saying "One Hand Washes the Other," but, this Political Form of Pay Off and Back Door Politics/Legalized Graft is Too Much to Take!
I can not Believe that President Obama actually believes that these Pork Barrel Hand Outs are Good for any Purpose! Such as He has Previously Expressed, this year!
Certainly its not Inspiring for the Students who are interested in Public Service as a Career in Politics!
And, its Definitely not Inspiring to Advocates of Change, Transparency, and Accountability!
I am Hopeful that All of the Above has Given The President and His Administration Pause to Reflect! Because, if "They" do not "They" will Pay Dearly for their Lack of Vision in The Coming Elections!
Because, If "They" do not Change their Priorities and Truly Begin to Understand and Represent "We The People," and, The Mandate that "We" Gave them, in the Last Presidential Election, The Consequences will be Severe! And, "They" Will be Fired, Without A Doubt!

And, May I express my objective Belief that "We The People," Citizens of This Planet Earth are in Need of A New Generation of Public Servants who Truly are Committed to, and, Wish to Serve, Preserve, Protect and Defend The Public!

And, that I believe that "We The People," Citizens of this Planet Earth are in Need of A New Millennium Emancipation Declaration, Of, By, and For The People!"

The Members of The United States Congress continue to Astonish me with their Immature Behavior and Lack of Professionalism! Putting on a Suit and Tie, and using Big Words from a Podium of some sort, does not mean that you are Doing Your Job Correctly!
There is No Excuse for their UN-Ethical Work Habits! Who exactly do "They" think "They" are, some Exclusive, Elite group of Men and Women who are Untouchable! Well, "They're Not! Or, for a Matter of Fact, who do "They" think that "They" are Fooling, its Certainly Not "We The People!
"We" Elected them to Represent Our Country, Our Beliefs, and, Our Best Intentions! Not their Personal Agendas!
And, there is No More Time Available for Us to Wait for them to Grow up, and End their Senseless Bickering and Childish Displays of Partisan Politics!
There are Too many Innocent, and Defenseless People in The U.S. and, on Earth who are Living in Abstract Poverty who Need Help!

"We've all seen the Deeply Disturbing Newspaper Photographs, and TV Coverage of Hundreds of Thousands of Citizens of The Earth, in Haiti, Chile, Taiwan, Rwanda, Darfur, Sudan, and New Orleans, just to name several of The Hot Spots in Need of Help, who are Living in Unconscionable Circumstances! Living in the Worst Case Scenarios Imaginable!
With a Lack of Sanitation, Water, Food, Medical Supplies and Services! And, Lacking in Protection from Crime, Rape, Murder, and Education!
And Understand that this Goes On and On, Year after Year! And, in Some Cases this has been Going for Decades, or even Centuries!
And, when The Media Coverage is Not Showing these Pictures, Remember, it Does Not Mean that the Seriousness of the Problem has Disappeared! It only Means that it is Not Getting High Enough Nielsen Ratings, or Newspaper Sales to Feature these Tragic Events, on The Front Page, or, as The Lead News Story on Cable or Network TV News Programs!

There simply is No More Time for Political Squabbling if there is One Child Starving, Homeless, or Too Fearful to Go to Sleep at Night! Or, is Not Receiving Proper Health Care, Education, or Spiritual/Moral Guidance!

There simply is No More Time left for us to Wait for Another Reform Bill to be Passed, when Too many of Us are Dying due to An Unwillingness of Our World Leaders to Not only Tackle these Difficult Issues, but, to Find Solutions and Answers for The Problems that have Caused so many Unfortunate Deaths!
Deaths that Could have been Saved with a Deliberate, Positive, Compassionate, and Sincere Effort to Resolve whatever the Cause may be for Each Individual Situation! All it Takes is A Global Compartmentalization of What Needs to be Done, and then Do it!
Do not Procrastinate, Over Politicize it, or Manipulate the Situation for Your Own Benefit, or Glory! Just Resolve it, for The Sake of Your Fellow Citizen who are In Need!
For Example, There simply is No Reason Why, The Global Corporations, Financial Institutions, Governments, Religious Denominations, Millionaires, and Billionaires can not Pool their Combined Resources to Resolve World Poverty!
How many More Tears of Anguish must be Shed by Mothers and Fathers for their Children's Loss of Life due to Disease and Poverty!
At Times The Cry of Humanity is Deafening to Hear! Can you Hear it! Can you See The Endless Montage of Pictures Flash Across your Mind Eyesight!
There simply is No More Time for any Further Delays!
Can "We" Change these Pictures from Sadness to Joy?
Can "We" Change these Tears from being Tears of Tragedy, to Tears of Love?
Yes, "We" Can!

Voices of Reason, and Peacemakers Whomever and Wherever you may be, Let Us Not Drown in our own Tears of Remorse!
Let Us Show The Citizens of The World, by our own Example, that "We" Can Make a Difference!

"We" Can Change The World, for "We are The World!" And, Its Time that "We" Gave Peace a Chance!
And, Its also Time that A Call for A Global Truce and Peace Dialogue Take Place Amongst All Nations, Religions, and Creeds!
And, "We" are still in Dire Need of An Emancipation Declaration of All Sentient Beings!
"We" Need to Be Free from The Control of Capitalistic Oligarchs, and Broken Down Financial and Political Systems!

The Political System in Washington has Become a Bad Joke on "We The People," which is Why, in Part, I suggested that "We" need An Emancipation Declaration of The New Millennium to Free us from The Disastrous Political, and Economical Path that "We" have been Thrust upon! And, it doesn't matter whether "They" are Republicans, Democrats, Liberals, Conservatives, Independents, or, Progressives, "They" are a Disgrace to The Memory of Millions of Women and Men who have Given Their Lives to Preserve, The Principles, Dignity, and Honor of these United States of America!
"They" (the Infamous "They") simply don't care! "They Pretend to, and Speak in Lofty Terms, but, its all Rhetoric, and, by now "We" all know that "They" Really Don't Mean Most of what "They" tell us to begin with!
Yes, there are a Few Exceptions, but, not nearly Enough to Make a Difference!
In General, "They" do not Seek, nor, do "They" Attempt to Undertake any Real Sincere Act of Reconciliation For The Sake of Their Fellow Citizens, or, as a Matter of Fact, For The Citizens of The Earth!

It is A Shameful Disgrace that "They" do not Care that UN-Employment is at The Highest Level its been in Decades!

Its A Shameful Disgrace that "They" simply do not Care that Property Taxes are Strangling Homeowners! Or, that Taxes in General have Gone Way Beyond what they were Originally Created for!

Its A Shameful Disgrace that "They"do not Care that Tens of Millions of Americans can not Afford Proper Health Care!

Its A Shameful Disgrace that Millions of Children Live in Poverty in The U.S.

Its A Shameful Disgrace that "They" do not Care that "They" are Destroying The Hopes and Dreams of the Youth, Middle Age, and Elderly whose Goals were to Work, Prosper, and Enjoy Sharing The American Dream with Each Other, and Live Together in Peace!

Its A Shameful Disgrace that "They" do not Care that Our Heroic Volunteer Armed Forces and National Guard are being asked to Undertake Tour after Tour in Iraq/Afghanistan with Barely a Pause in Action, while Their Families are Struggling to Survive here in The United States!
And, A Great Many of these Heroic Members of Our Volunteer Army were Led to Believe that they were to Receive a Free Education when they Returned from Duty!
But, All it Appears that they are Receiving, is An Education on How to Survive in Harms Way, on Foreign Shores! Fighting in UN-Declared Wars! Once again!
As if The Vietnam UN-Declared War wasn't Enough to Tax and Divide The U.S. and The World!

There is No Doubt that, A Change Must Come in The Political Leadership, Kitchen Cabinet Hierarchy, and, The Overall Political, Business, and Financial Systems, of The United States! Why? Because "We The People," are Better than this Horrific State of Affairs! And, Because "We The People," Citizens of This Planet Earth, can no longer Afford The Price that "We" have been Asked to Pay!
A Cost that is, in Effect, Much More than The Present Deficit/Debt Levels of The U.S.
Its The Loss of Our Principles and Ideals! Its The Loss of Our Homes and Our Family Values! Its The Loss of Our Children and Our Dignity!
While "Them that's Got (as Billie Holiday sang), Get More!
And, "Them that's Not," are Ignored!
I understand that it is in The Human Nature to Be Competitive, and Strive to be Successful in Whatever Endeavors that are Attractive to us.
But, there must be A Social Awareness that Makes Sure that Those of us who are Less Fortunate are Still Cared for, whether The Cause of Their Misfortune, or, Hardship has been brought on by War, Natural Disaster, or, In Humane Treatment!
It should Still be Our Solemn Duty as Citizens of This Planet, that No One should Go Without!
This Planet Earth and its Citizens Depend on Honest and Sincere Leadership to Survive!
"We" Depend on Honest and Sincere Representation "Of, By, and For, The People," to Implement and Actively Engage in Correcting The Wrongs, and Injustices that have been Inflicted upon us, or, Threatened Against us!
"Its a Long Time Coming" as Sam Cooke sang, but, "We" All Know that A Change Must Come! One of Peace, A Peace Change! And, of A Shared Prosperity For One and All! A Covenant of "We The People!" A New Millennium Emancipation Declaration of Peace, For All Sentient Beings!
This is The Way To Peace, and, A New Peace Millennium! And, to A New Age where "We" can All have An Opportunity to Rejoice and Enjoy in The Advancement of Technology, Our Scientific Achievements, and An Enlightened State of Human Evolution!
A New Age where "We" can All Freely Explore, and Embrace in A Season of Peace that is Everlasting!

A Season of Peace and Prosperity that Gives Birth to A New Spring of Peace Initiatives, and An Earthrise Movement that Claims The Hearts, Minds, and Souls of One and All!
A Season in which A Peace Time Economy is The Financial Component that A New Foundation and System of A New Millennium, can be Built upon!
A New Peace Millennium! This is The Peace Change that We" Need, and Must Have!

Voices of Reason, and Peacemakers Whomever and Wherever You may be, Let us Act as One in Proclaiming that An Age of New Beginnings has Come!

Abraham Lincolns Memorable Emancipation Proclamation was a perfectly timed speech, legislation, and event for the Civil War era, and in a sense, a variation of it could most definitely apply to both The Twentieth, and Twenty-First Centuries as well. But, in A New Form of An Emancipation Declaration! Why?
Because, Here "We" are Existing in The Twenty-First Century, In A New Millennium, and still "We" are faced with, yet, another UN-Declared War!
Wasn't The UN-Declared War in Vietnam Enough!
Or, Do "We" have to Relive, and Travel Down this same ole Path again! Aren't our Leaders, whether "They" be Republican, Democrat, Liberal, Conservative, Moderate, Progressive, or of The Tea, Tory, Labor, Green, Socialist, or Communist Party, Intelligent Enough, or, Haven't "They" Learned Enough to Foresee that "We The People," Citizens of This Earth do not Wish to be Driven into Another, (metaphorically speaking) Cattle Pen For The Slaughter!
This is Why, "We" must have New Representation Of, By, and For The People! And, if there is any Reason Why A Global Truce, and, Peace Dialogue should take place, Its to Draw up An Emancipation Declaration For "We The People," Citizens of this Planet Earth!

Its The Twenty-First Century, its Time that "We," Every Race, Creed, and Nationality, were Given Assurances that The Global Economy will be Energized by A Forceful Peace Time Evolution! Motivated by A Peace Time Entrepreneurialism!
And, Advanced, Maintained, and Sustained by Peace Time Incentives, and Objectives!
This should be The Motif of Our New Millennium, A Peace Time World Economy!
And, whatever The Incentives are, that are Provided by The Leaders of The Worlds New Age Nations, they should be of Equal Benefit to "We The People," in Parallel, with The New Millennium World of Finance!
And, whatever The Amount is, of Investment Capital, Provided by The World of Finance for Research and Development, these Funds should be Solely Provided for by The Global Financial Corporations and Institutions! And, their Primary Motivation should be their Concerted Desire to Support Ecological, Environmental, and New Millennium Technologies that are Beneficial to The Earths Natural State of Evolution, once again, In Parallel with The Human Evolution, and Education of "We The People!" Is this Too Much to Ask for! Haven't "They"Profited Enough already!

The Earths Resources are Limitless! There is More than Enough to Care for Each and Every Citizen of This Planet!
And, there is More than Enough Ingenuity, Curiosity, and Knowledge Available to Move The Earths Societies Forward, Towards An Age of Sublime Existence!
One that can be Shared by One and All, in Equanimity, and Equality!

And Yes, you can be Absolutely Positive that "We" will need a Strong Defense to Protect, Defend, and Preserve The Peace! However, First of All, "We" must Live, and Evolve in Peace if "We" are to Survive!
This is The Way To Peace, and A Peace Millennium!

Why else have so many Enlightened, Impassioned, Intelligent, and Consciously Aware Individuals Given their Lives for Us? Its so that "We" can Live in Peace!

Yes, Its Time for A New Perspective, and A New Universe of Priorities of A Peace Millennium! A Emancipation Declaration!

The Way To Peace should be An Agreement between "We The People,"Citizens of The Earth! And, It should definitely be A Promise made By Each of Us, To One Another!
It must be More than just An Idea, It must Become A Reality For The Sake of Each and Every Living Creature on Earth!
But, it Will take Building A Nexus between All Women, and Men of Peace!
And, It Will Take Building A Bridge of Peace that Traverses over Troubled Waters, and, Reaches Across This Earth of Ours, To Each, and Everyone of Us!
A Nexus, and Bridge that Gives Birth to An Earthrise Movement of Hope, and Shared Prosperity For One, and All!

And, Its Time that The Political Power amongst Nations be Removed from The Control of The Elite, and Placed in The Hands of "We The People,"once more!
Why? Because, "We," Understand The Feeling of Loss, more Intensely, When A Member of Our Family has Died in Combat! Why? Because it is Our Children who are Dying!
And, "We," Feel The Misery of Millions of Children, and Their Parents and Families who are Living in Poverty!
And, "We," Feel The Hopelessness of Those amongst Us who are Homeless!
