So, Why is The National UN-Employment Figures at Almost Ten Per Cent, and Even Higher Depending on What State, City, Town, Village You Live in! The Point is, that UN-Employment is Ludicrously Too High! Worldwide as Well!

But, Who is in Charge of Job Creation! And, What are "They" Waiting for?
If, There Ever was A Time for, Presidents, Ex-Presidents, Prime Ministers and Ex-Prime Ministers, Civilian, Military, and Religious Leaders, Kings & Queens, Princesses and Princes, and The World of Celebrity, and, Elitism, to Join Together in An Earthrise Campaign, "Of The People, By The People, and For The People," Citizens Of The Earth, That Time is Now!
And, Whoever is In Charge of Drawing up The Strategic Legislation Needed to Get People Back To Work, Whomever it is, Do Not Procrastinate, or, Try to Analyze when its Best to Do it, Just Do it!
Too Many People, are Still Losing Their Homes, or, are Unable to Pay the Mortgage, or, Property Taxes, Due Mainly to An Extremely Poor Economy!
Just "Ask Anyone Who Lives on The Streets of The People," and, They Will Tell You!
They're Working Two Jobs a Week, and, More, Whenever It is Possible, to Make Ends Meet!
Ask The Musician Who has Worked All of His, or, Her Life at Maintaining a Living and Improving Their Craft!
Just Ask The Artist, Who "We" are in Need of, if, There is Ever To Be A Cultural Evolution in The 21st Century!
Ask The Dancer, Who has Worked All of Their Lives to Achieve Their Goals!
All "We" are Saying to Those of You, Who were Elected to Represent, "The People,"is, Do The One Job that You have Been Elected, or, Hired to Do, but, Do it, Not Just for Your Own Self Serving Purposes, Do it, "To Serve The World, and, To Serve The People!"
There are Women and Men of The Global Armed Forces, Selflessly Serving The People," Everyday! And, Existing in Harms Way!
And, All "We" are Saying to The Civilian, Military, Religious Leaders, and, Global Oligarchs, Of The Earths United Nations, is To Do The Same!
Serve "The People," and, Be Honest Representatives, "Of The People!"
And, Do Something Concrete to Eliminate Poverty, and, that Means, Not Just Maintain it at Some Tolerable Level! Eliminate it!
And, Be Creative and Imaginative! Create A World of Equanimity and Growth, that Includes"All The People!" And, Do Not Exclude The Disenfranchised, or, The Untouchables!
And, Let's Make This New Millennium, An All Inclusive One, That Stands for Justice, Peace, Social Security, and, The Enlightened Discovery of Non-Violent Solutions, that Resolve Our Differences of Opinion, Without More War, and, Violence, and, Heals This Great World of Ours!
And, Lets Make This New Decade Stand for, A Universal Evolution Of All Humanity, and, All Sentient Beings Of the Earth!
"We" are At The Beginning of A New Decade, What Better Time is There to Call for, A Global Truce and Peace Dialogue, to Address The Issues and Concerns, "Of The People, By The People, and, For The People," Citizens Of The Earth, and, Draft A Emancipation Declaration, "Of, By, and, For The People!"
And, This is All the More Reason to Draft A New Earthrise Constitution, That is, "Of, By, and, For The People!"
For, This is, The Way To Peace, and, A Peace Millennium! And, A Way to Heal The World! And, Provide The World, with The Financial and Spiritual Support, and, Employment, that is Needed to Rehabilitate, and, Sow The Seeds of, A New Age of Hope, Change, Equanimity, Peace, and, Social Security, "For All The People," to Rejoice in!

And Let's Create A New World where Our Children have Nothing to Fear!
And, Where The Elderly Can Enjoy The Golden Years of Their Lives!
And, Where "One and All," Can Reap The Fruits of A Transcended State of Being!
