Integrity

It has taken me awhile to get around to using the Word Integrity as a Subtitle of UIGA, however, here it is, in All of its Glory and Significance!

When a Composer writes a New Song, each Note and Lyric is meant to have a Beautiful, and Masterful Sense of Integrity to it.

When an Artist Paints, and, or uses the Medium of Sculpture to Create a New Work of Art, They are Driven to Achieve the Inner Most Sincerity, and Integrity of the Subject Matter.

When an Arranger, or Conductor works on a New Composition, the Overall Movement, Ebb and Flow of the Material is of The Utmost Importance. Dramatizing as Purely as Possible each and every Emotion, and Detail, of The Piece in All of its Specificity.

When a Writer Conceives a New Project, whether it be for a Play, Screenplay, or Novel, They Strive to Tell a Story that Reaches Out to Touch our Hearts and Souls.

When, an Animator works for Countless Numbers of Hours to Perfect, and Create a Sequence of Animation that Expresses Their Vision and Storyline, a Sense of Integrity is Maintained althroughout.

I have grown up Admiring, and being Inspired by a Magnificent Nexus of Great Men and Women who, in many cases, Literally, Gave Their Lives to Create, or Motivate "We" Human Beings, each in Our Own Way, to Strive to Attain a Higher Quality of Life, that Embraced a Way of Life that Encouraged The Spirit of One and All.
The Beauty, and Gift of Their Sharing was Freely Given to, both, Enhance and Enlighten our Lives for Generations to Come.

So, You can Imagine how Disturbing it is to see the Bickering, and Politics as Usual Behavior amongst The Politicians, Not just in the U.S., but All over The World!

And also, in and Amongst The Global Media, where the Paparazzi, Commentators, Print, Journals, Magazines, Satellite, Network and Cable News Media only care about what the Bottom line is, which is Where is the Money, or What will Produce the Highest Ratings!

And, the Global Corporate Model for World Business is Lacking in Consciousness, Filled with Greed, and, Corrupt and Perverted by its Lust for Power.
And, Influenced by Control Minded Individuals whose Souls will Be Tarnished, and Tainted for an Eternity!

And lastly, although Not in the Least, there is The World Religions who Act more like Corporate Businessmen, and Women. Or, 15 Minute Celebrities, and Politicians, than Men and Women of God!
The Shame that They have Accrued is Endless!
Have They No Conscious, Have They No Soul, Or Respect for Their Fellow Man, or for Themselves! Where has Their Sense of Morality gone to!

The Lack of Integrity in Our World today, both, Shocks and Appals me!

So, it is Wonderful, and Inspirational when a Story, or Act of Valor is Reported!
Or, a Story that Truly Represents the Concerns of "We the People" is Reported, without Sounding like a Meaningless Public Service Announcement, that is given with the Minimal amount of Words, and the Least Amount of Lines, as Possible.

And, It Deeply Concerns me that Our Families are being Torn apart by a Lack of Respect, for One another.
And that, The Elderly, and, Grandfathers and Grandmothers, do not Fit in these Modern Times, at all.
Where Decades before They were Accorded a Certain Dignity, Now, They are Sent to Retirement Homes, or Assisted Living Environments.
They are, only, Given a Moments Celebrity when its Election Time, and Their Swing Vote is Needed!
But, Their Life of Service, Sacrifice, and Commitment to The Ideals and Principles of Our Way of Life is Disregarded, and Their Social Security is Constantly Threatened!

It is Time that "We" Seriously consider what Kind of Life "We" would like Our Future Generations to Inherit.
One that is Culturally, Scientifically, Technologically, Humanistically, Spiritually, and Politically Evolved, or One that is Severely Lacking! Lacking in Integrity!

Voices of Reason and Peacemakers "We" are in Need of a True Change to Come, and Not just a Politically Correct One.
However, This Change will only Come, Through Our Being Wholeheartedly Committed to Give, at the Least, More then Two Hundred Percent of Our Soul Strength, and Energy to Achieve it!

The Growing Debt

The Federal Reserve has No Accountability, and is Non-Transparent! It has given out, atleast Two Trillion Dollars, and No One Knows where this Money has Gone to.
And now, The Obama Administration wants Congress to authorize another One Hundred and Eight Billion Dollars to be given to The IMF!

Where is this Money Coming From! The Fed? China?

This is getting Too Bizarre! The President has a Press Conference announcing His Pay as You Go plan (which Former President Clinton implemented during his Administration) and then, He asks Congress for One Hundred and Eight Billion to Give to The IMF.

So, once again I ask, Who is Paying for This New Bail Out? And, Why does President Obama, and His Administration, want to give it to The IMF?

Why? Because, this Time Around, The European Banks need Help, and Countries such as Latvia, and Most of the other Central, and Eastern European Economies are Rockin' 'N Reelin' from the Housing Bubble, which as "We" are all Aware of, went Pop!

So, Now Our Government is Bailing Out the Central, and Eastern European Banks and Financial Institutions, But using the IMF, as a Middleman, this Time!

It is an Inestimable Shame that The World Global Economy has been Wrecked by the Greed and Lust of the White Collar/Corporate World!

Maybe Not everyone Participated in this Catastrophe, But "They" knew what was going on, and No One Stopped it, until it was Too Late.

I would just like President Obama to tell Us the Truth, Not Half Truths, The Whole Truth!

Why? Because, He obviously expects an Open Check from Congress, in Dealing with the Economic Crises, that the Whole World is Faced with, and while I agree that He should be Sensitive and Compassionate to The Global Needs, I would, also, like The President to Do Something, more than what He has already done, to Eradicate Poverty in the U.S. Yes, Eradicate it! And, End it, for Once and All!

And, I do not want to hear that Our Government does not have the Money to do it. Because, its Obvious to everyone by Now, that Our Government (The Congress, and Federal Reserve) can come up with any Amount of Money needed for any Reason "They" Deem Important, to Them!

Well, Enough is Enough! Tell Us The Truth, if necessary in the Simplest Terms Possible, or Admit that "They" can Not do Their Job correctly and Resign!

So, "We the People" can have Representation that is Committed to Work on Our Behalf, and Not just for The Lobbyists, and Special Interest Groups!

If, Our Government is wants to Bail Out European Banks, and Institutions, Tell Us what "Their True Intention is! And then give Us a Powerful Reason Why "We" should Support them. This is a Government of The People, isn't it!

I do not understand after what this Country has been through, over the past year and a half, What it is that Our Government, doesn't get?

UN-Employment is ludicrously High! Americans are Living in Tent Cities!

Two Million Children are Living in Poverty!

Have "These Elective Officials" No Compassion, and No Heart for the Travails of Their Own Constituents, who Voted for them?

Small Towns all over The United States have been Warned that things could get even worst Economically!

Doesn't President Obama know this? Who is He listening to, it's certainly Not the Cries of "We the People" for Aid and Assistance, as yet Another Mother, and, or Father loses His , or, Her Job, or Their Home!

The Spending has gotten Way Out of Hand! Understand that Our Government is Spending at least a Billion Dollars a Month for the Escalation of War in Afghanistan, and Pakistan!

And then, Consider the Amount that has been, and Continues to Be Spent in Iraq, and The Global War on Terrorism, and You have to Ask, Who is Paying for This? "We the People?" China? Japan? Who?

And then, there is Healthcare Reform, which "We" Definitely are in Need of!

Does anyone in the Government have a Plan?

Is there a Clear Explanation of, where will the Money Come From?

Or, Will "They" simply Print it Up, as "They" have done before, to Pay for it?

Just Where does The Buck Stop! Because "We" are entitled to have an Answer, before "We" are given The Bill!

Voices of Reason, and Peacemakers there is Much to be Done, on Our Part.

"We" have to Continue to Ask Questions, and Demand Answers on Behalf of "We the People!"

Can Anyone Imagine the Magnitude of Debt that is Being Thrust Upon Us, Without Asking Us for Our Consent?

The System is Broken, However "We" should Not be asked to Pay the Price to Repair it! It just Doesn't Work!

Our Government should be Dealing with UN-Employment, Poverty, The Increase in the amount of American Citizens who are, now, Homeless, Healthcare, Social Security and the Ecology. These Issues should be Our Governments Primary Concern!

The Banks have been Bailed Out! How about a Helping Hand for "We the People!"

Report To The Nation (New Ideas)

It would be very helpful if President Obama gave a Report to The Nation, based on His Travels Crisscrossing this Beautiful Country, both from a Humanistic, and Political Point of View. Although Preferably Humanistic!

"We" have seen him Travel to The Middle East, and Europe, and give Deeply Heartfelt Speeches concerning His Feelings, from Concentration Camps to Islam, the Global Economy and Terrorism.
And, I sincerely Believe that it would be Very Revealing, and Helpful, to the Continued Growth and Evolution of The United States, if He gave a Report to The Nation from a Humanistic Point of View, Excluding Politics in Total.
This, of course, would be in addition to His Annual Report to The Nation Speech.

The Changes taking place in the U.S. need to be Experienced First hand, by our President, and then Reported Back to Us, so, that "We" can Understand the New Patterns Shaping our Lives more Clearly and Astutely.
And, "We" need a President who is both Articulate, Philanthropic, and more importantly, an Activist.
Yes, that means Actively Engaging Himself in Assisting us in Reaching and Achieving Our Goals, and Curing what Ails Us. Like a True Earth Doctor!
And, If He would like to help His Party Achieve their Goals, on our behalf, that would be helpful as well.

Why? Because, quite simply, "We" need Someone in the Tradition of Robert Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Mother Teresa, and Mahatma Gandhi, who Cared about "The People," and were Not Afraid to Go, wherever Necessary, to Be of Assistance to their Country Men and Women, and Fought the Good Fight against Injustice and Corruption.
And because,"We" need Universally Minded Individuals who are Intellectual, Spiritual, and Yes Political and Humanistic to Guide Us.
These would be Excellent Qualities and Guidelines for Leaders of The New Millennium!

Especially, Right Now, when I see Misguided Politicians Refusing to take Funds that could be of great assistance to their Constituents, for Political Reasons!
How can Governors Sanford and Palin Refuse one Dollar of The Stimulus Package, when there are Poverty Stricken Citizens who are in need of Financial Support to Survive, and Improve the Quality of their Education System, or Help Students and Parents who are in Debt, due to the ever Rising Educational Costs, they Must Endure! This is Not Humanistic Logic, to me, its Based solely on Old School Appearances, and Politics!

A Report to The Nation on a Monthly Basis, and Not Just when its Politically Convenient to do, would, also, be a Transparent and Sincere Approach to Communicate, and Provide Important Knowledge and Guidance on World Affairs, to The Public, while Demonstrating an Honest Attempt to Show The World that "We" are being Accountable for our Domestic and Global Policies, and Acts that our Government is Engaged in, and Promulgating.

It's Definitely Time for New Approaches to Solve the Myriad Problems that Face us, whether they be Global Terrorism, Education Costs, Poverty, Racism, or Ecology.
New Idea's should be Welcomed in the New Millennium if Change is Truly to Take Place, and Create a Global Environment, and Consciousness that is Genuinely Sincere and Trusting.

This is One Voice of Reason, who is Spiritually and Universally Minded, (as well as being an Empirical Peacemaker), Speaking Out at a Time when Voices of Reason are Truly Needed to Espouse a Way of Life that is Culturally, Scientifically, Technologically, Politically, Humanistic, and Educationally Advanced, If "We" are Truly to have Peace, and A Shared Prosperity for One and All in the New Millennium.

Together "We" can Build a Bridge of Peace and a Nexus of Harmony, that can Not be Destroyed or Manipulated by Sophists, for their False Purposes!

How Is It Possible?

Yesterday, I was thinking about How Precious each Newborn Child is, and, in Light of that, How is it Possible that Any Child, No matter What Race, or Religion They may Be, can Be Deprived of the Proper Nourishment, Education, or Parental Guidance, Care, and Supervision they may be of need of, in Their Lives?
Having written that, then How is it Possible that there are Homeless, Abused, and Poverty Stricken Children Living in the U.S. and Al through-out this World of Ours?

If You have ever Held a Child in Your Arms, and I'm Sure that Most of You Have, You Know how Trusting and Loving They Are.
So, How is it Possible that Their Trust and Love can Be Betrayed?

If You have ever Fed a Newborn Child, and Admired it's Growth and Development, As it Evolved right before Your Eyes, then, How is it Possible that Any Child should Starve or be Deprived of the Valuable Nourishment it Needs to Survive?

And, if You've been a Parent, or have Family Members, and, or Friends who are Parents, then, How is it Possible that Any Child can be Sold into Child Slavery, Kidnapped, or Physically, Spiritually, and Intellectually Abused by An Adult?

Who would Deprive a Child from Growing up and Evolving into a Vibrant, Aware, and Enlightened Young Man, or Young Woman? Who would Prevent them from Having an Opportunity to Enjoy a Future of Limitless Possibilities, and Potential?

And, What Tyrant, or Dictator would do this to An Innocent, and Unsuspecting Child?

Unfortunately, there are such Individuals, whom I refer to as being The Ugliest of All Humankind, who can Be Found Living in Our Towns, Villages, Cities, and Respective Countries from All Over The World.
And, Unfortunately, as in Sudan, DARFUR, The Congo, and even In the Midst of the Major Western Industrialized Nations of this Planet, there are Too many of these Individuals who go Unpunished, or are Allowed to Go Unhindered, from Continuing to Do their Evil Acts upon Our Children, and Destroy their Lives in the process.

Yes, "We" have Laws to Punish these Individuals, and Crime Cartels, But much Too Often these Laws exist only Too Punish "Selective Criminals" of No Real Consequence.
And, there are Too Many Individuals, who exist Above The Law of The Land, who are Allowed to Continue their Destructive, and Evil Acts without Restraint!

"We" Need Just Laws, and Just Leaders to Enforce these Laws Fairly!
"We" need Inspired Men and Women to Come Forth and Speak Out on Behalf of The Defenseless!

This is The Twenty-First Century, can "We" Continue to Condone and Empower these Individuals, whose only purpose in Life is to Abuse, Misuse, Destroy and Attempt to Conquer those who are Powerless to Protect, or Defend Themselves?

If "We" do Not Do Something, If our Respective Leaders do Not Begin to March in Step with the Worldwide Populist Movement that can No Longer Endure these Atrocities to take place in Their Respective Countries, and in Their Lives, "We" will be Tainted and Shamed by these Individuals Acts and Transgressions for Millennium after Millennium to Come!

"We" need A Moral Change to Take Place, A Moral Change that Benefits One and All, No Matter how underprivileged One May Be!

And, The Dance Continues, However, Who's Leading Whom?

And so, the Battle over Judge Sonia Sotomayer's Nomination to The Supreme Court continues. You would think that with Re-election coming up, Republicans would be more concerned over Issues that are the Bread and Butter issues, to the American People, literally.

Such as; College Graduates, and Their Families are Immediately Placed in Deep Debt during and after Graduation. Isn't there some way to ease the financial Debt of American Families who have Dreamed of Their Children, one day, Graduating from College, who are then Faced with the Reality of such an Accomplishment?

And, I wonder Why are Republicans are So Aghast over President Obama going to a Broadway Show with His Wife, or shaking hands with President Hugo Rafael Chavez?
Would they prefer He went to a Broadway Show with a Mistress? Of course not, its the Money Issue, isn't it?
Not Really, although its True that, it will cost American Citizens one million dollars, and that could Feed Alot of Homeless Children, and Their Parents.
But, its quite simply another Feeble attempt, on Their Part to Discredit him.

However, where do The Republicans stand on The Homeless Issue?
I do not hear Former Vice President Cheney, or The Republicans, in General, Making any Statements in regards to how to Solve the Growing Poverty, in the U.S.
And then, There's the Hand Shake that Rocked The World. I really wonder what Age "We" are Existing in, when A Hand Shake can generate more Headlines than The Escalation of The War in Afghanistan/Pakistan, where the Children, and Parents of American, and Coalition Families are Dying Everyday.

And, Why does The National, Regional, and Local News Media Continue to Provide Prime Media Coverage for News Items that Deserve about One Second of Our Consideration, to begin with?
And The News Media wonders Why, "We" are Turning Them Off, and Not Buying Newspapers.
And, the Tabloids are a Complete and Total Disgrace to Journalism!

If there is to be a True Improvement in The Quality of Life in The U.S., Farmers should not have to Worry about losing Their Farms.
In most Cases, Farms that have been in their Family for Generations.

Or, Automobile Workers, who's Families were Instrumental in Manufacturing Weapons, in Previous World Wars, and Global Conflicts, who were the Ultimate Patriots then, Should Now have to Worry about Their Survival, Now.

And, It should Not be the Responsibility of "We the People" to Bail Out Banks, and The Financial Institutions Without Some Real Recompense.

There is a Real Story waiting to be Uncovered, in regards to Exactly what "We the People" will be receiving from the Government Bail Outs!
For a Simple Example, When You Purchase Stock, You know what you will be Making on the Profit End, Correct?

Well, Has anyone Disclosed Exactly what "We" are Receiving from The Bail Outs? In Concrete Figures! Whatever Happened to Accountability, and Transparency!

If the Quality of Life is To Be Improved in The U.S., Single Parents, Who Work Hard at Making Ends Meet, who are Working at Two Jobs, or Double Shifts, and Struggling to Provide the Basic Needs for Their Families, Have to Receive a Larger Piece of The American Dream.

And, its No Easier for Married Couples, Who are Working Too Many Hours a Week, to Provide the Essential Needs that Their Children Need to Grow Up in a Healthy State of Body, and Mind.

How is it Possible for Teenagers to Formulate a Clear Awareness of What is Right, or Wrong, when They see Their Parents at The Bottom of The Totem Poll, and the Corporate CEO receiving an Inordinate Amount of Salary and Bonuses?

And The Elderly, Who are Constantly being told by Politicians that Their Social Security is in Jeopardy, after Working for a Lifetime to Make Sure that They will Retire in Dignity, and Enjoy the Latter Years of Their Life, How can They Be the Beneficiaries of The American Dream that They Worked All Their Lives to Achieve, and Share with Their Children, under this Constant Threat?

So, When your Elective Official Comes Home, in August, to Enjoy his or her Vacation Remind Them of What Their Elective Duties are!
And that, if They expect to be Re-Elected They will Have to Work for it!
And that means, Work for "We the People," after all "We" are Their Employers! Something "They" seem to Take for Granted far Too Often!

Without "We the People" Change Can Not Be!

And, as if right on cue, the Bickering continues amongst the Republicans and Democrats in the U.S. Congress, and amongst their (and I use this phrase very lightly) Respective Advocates and Associates.

And, what is the Reason, for it, this time? Its President Obama's choice for The Supreme Court. And why? To be more Explicit, because she's of Hispanic Heritage, and, of course, a Woman.

And, these are our Elective Officials, who are supposed to Represent "We the People," Citizens of the United States of America. Which is, In Truth, A Land of Immigrants. Can you Imagine What Native Americans must be Feeling.

And so, as if on cue, you can rely upon the U.S.Media to Jump on this News Story as if it is the Most Important Issue facing the American Public, or The World.
They are so easily Manipulated by One Spin or Another, and this is after Years of, Literally, being Played by One Political Party, or Another.
Historically, the Facts Bear this out.

So, when will "The Media" grow up, and Learn from "Their" Past Experiences?

And, when will the Senators, and Congressmen and Women of The U.S. Congress grow up, and Learn from "Their Associates," Past Experiences, and Historical Data?

As, I stated in the previous UIGA Blog, subtitled;" To What Degree do We Respect One Another," this is the Time for Inspirational Leaders to Step Forward, and Make Headlines that Reflect the Needs of "We the People!"

Because, Unfortunately, it has Become Obvious, that "We" can Not Rely upon The U.S. Media.

And, "We" can Not Rely upon our Elective Officials.

And, "We" can Not Rely upon Religious Groups, and their Hierarchy.

And, "We" can Not Rely upon A System that is Broken, and does Not Work for, or Benefit "We the People," it only Benefits those who are in Power, and "Their Constituents.

"We" must Remember that "We" voted for Change, in the last Election.
However, "We" are The Real Change that has to take place, Now!

"We" are The World! And, "We" are The Heart and Soul of The Earths Societies!
And, "We" Represent The Hopes and Dreams of Generations to Come!

It is Not President Obama, who is The Agent of Change, "We" are!
And, without us Change can Not Be a True Reality!

And, in regards to Supreme Court Nominee Sonia Sotomayer, I Wish you Good Luck. The United States is a Great Country that Needs Unbiased Leadership that Truly Represents The Laws of The Land, and "We the People!"

Voices of Reason, and Peacemakers, whomever You maybe, and in whatever Profession You are Employed in, it is your Inspired Leadership, and Guidance that is Needed. If "We" are Truly to Build a Bridge of Peace that can Not Be Destroyed, and a Nexus of Equanimity on this Planet Earth that is Everlasting, You must Make Your Voices Heard, Now! To What Degree Do "We" Respect One Another

Yesterday, I was Reflecting on the Changing of The Guard amongst the Western Industrialized Nations, specifically, Prime Minister Angela Merkel, President Nicolas Sarkozy, Prime Minister Gordon Brown, and President Barack Obama, and To What Degree They would Co-operate, and Show Respect for each other. That thought continued to Evolve into a Generalized thought about, To What Degree do "We the People" show Respect for One Another.

My Thoughts began with How Much "We" Take for Granted, the Intelligence of Children from Birth to Ten Years of Age. "We" Mistake Their Learning Process to Communicate, at times, with being Cute, or Too Slow Witted, or, are Lacking in Proper Learning skills, or are simply too UN-Intelligent.
Sometimes "We" Mistake Their Speech Patterns, and Sound Phrases/Sentences, as Being meaningless sounds. Something "We" would Never do to Someone Visiting us from Another Country, Who was Trying to Learn our Native Language. Although, Now that I think of it "We" do that To A Degree as well (in some cases).

And then, my thoughts evolved To What Degree of Respect do "We" Show All Sentient Beings. And, How Much "We" Take for Granted, that Animals can Understand Languages from All Over the World , Depending on what Country they are Born in. And yet "We" continue to Show them Dis-Respect, Though, Not enough to stop Eating them.
Please understand that there are a great many people who Truly Treasure the Lives of their Pets, and Lovingly Make them apart of Their Extended Family Members.
However, To a Great Degree, and, to Too Many Others, They are still Pets, or They're "Wild Animals," to be seen in a Zoo, or, Live in a Jungle.

This Train of Thought continued to Evolve into How Little Respect "We" Show towards Our Architectural Accomplishments, Musicians (especially Jazz musicians), or the Natural Resources of the Earth.

And "We" wonder why Families are for the Most part More and More Dysfunctional, or, Why the Educational System is Not Keeping pace with Evolution?

For one Reason, "We" continue to exist in Separate Worlds.
The Financial Institutions Exist in Their own Exclusive, Selfish, Little Worlds.

Our Religions Exist in their Selective Worlds, Excluding Those who do not Believe in, or According to, the Faiths of their own Individual Ways of Life.

Politicians, The Global Media, Entertainment, Technological, Scientific, and Sports, Exist in Their Specific Worlds of Strategic Interests.

Of Course, Everyone is Tolerant of the Other, To a Degree.

The Bottom line is Always, What the Profit Margin Is!

But, this it Not Respect! Or Showing Respect for One Another.
Respect Must Be Earned!

It used to Be that Respect was The Covenant that Every Civilized Nation Strove to Teach it's Citizens. However, Now, I wonder To What Degree were Sincerely Attempting to Teach it?
The Old Saying that "Actions Speak Louder than Words" simply States the Case, doesn't it.

And, Here is the Question;
How are "We" to Regain Respect for Our Religious Leaders?
Politicians? The World of Corporations? Unions? Financial Institutions?
And, World Leaders, (as well as with Each other) Especially during this Time Period when "We" are in Need of Inspirational Leaders, (and Definitely, Not Professional Politicians, who work solely for Re-Election!)?

This is a Dialogue that should be Entered into on a Daily Basis, because Herein lies the Basis upon which A New World Society can Be Built. One that can Be Shared by Every Nation, and All Sentient Beings of this, The Third Planet from The Sun!
