On This May Day, 2015, I Wonder if "We The People" have Forgotten that "This is Our World!"
And, that "The Politicians and Elected Officials that We have Voted For," are "Here to Create Legislation that is Supposed to Improve Our Quality of Life!"
And, "They are Supposed to Compromise," if that's what it Takes, and "Work Together to Create a Better Life For One and All!"
And, "Be True Representatives of A Government Of The People, By The People, and For The People!"
And, that "The Duty of Our Police Departments is to Serve and Protect The Innocent," and "Act as Public Servants of We The People!"
And, "Our Courts of Justice have been Established to Protect Our Laws, Principles, Rights, Constitution, Families, Property, and Persons!" And, "Bring to Justice Those who have Violated Our Rights and Broken Our Laws!"
And, "The Purpose of Our Armed Forces is to Defend Our Families, Sovereign Borders, Way of Life, Freedom, Peace, and Justice For One and All!"
And, "The Global Economic Systems have been Built to Establish a Financial/Universal State of Investment and Security For Each and Every Sovereign Citizen," and, "Provide Us with An Opportunity to Pursue Our Dreams and Goals, Achieve a Good Education, and Live Free from Poverty and Famine!" And, "to Freely Volunteer to Participate in Philanthropic Projects, When The World has Been Devastated by Natural Disasters, Wars, or Regional Conflicts!"
And, "Our Religions are Supposed to Freely Provide Us with Moral and Spiritual Guidance and Conscious Awareness," as "We" Evolve within the Global Societies of This Grand Earthly Experience!"
So, "What Going On" (as Marvin Gaye sang)! "Is This World of Sovereign Nations that We Live in, Not A Composition Of The People, By The People, and For The People!" ( And, All the Sentient Creatures of The Earth, Seas, Skies, and Lands of this Planet of Ours)
Have "We The People Forgotten this!" And, Are "We to Re-Live The Mistakes of The Past, Over and Over Again, Environmentally and Sociologically!"
"Music" is for me, "A Healing, Spiritual, and Enjoyable Experience!" And, at Times, "A Map for my Emotional, Cultural, Spiritual, Axiom of Life!"

(1) The Death of 25 year old Freddie Gray, in Baltimore, Maryland, who was Injured Sometime after He was Arrested, Sunday morning, April 12, 2015, Placed in a Police Van and Transported to The Police Station, until His Death Occurred a Week Later, due to A Spinal Injury, on Sunday the 19th of April, 2015, with Continuing Protests and Demonstrations as We Wait, Patiently, for Due Process to Run its Course, and Reveal Exactly What Happened to Freddie Gray, and What was The Cause of His Death!
And, Today, May 1st, 2015, "The Truth is Free At last and A Call For Justice has Been Heard!" "Six Baltimore Police Officers have been Criminally Charged with Homicide, by Maryland Attorney General Marilyn Mosby!" They are; Officer Caesar Goodson, Officer William Porter, Lt. Brian Rice, Officer Edward Nero, Officer Garrett Miller, and Sgt. Alicia White!
"The Charges Vary for Each Person from Second-Degree Murder, Manslaughter, Misconduct in Office, and False Imprisonment!" Officer Goodson Faces Charges of Second-Degree Depraved Heart Murder," which Signifies a "Callous Disregard for The Value of Human Life!"
I Sincerely Hope that, "While these Homicide Charges Will Not Bring Freddie Gray Back to Life, They Help His Family to Feel that Their Voices have Been Heard and Justice has Been Served!"
(And, Though the Circumstances are Different and Vary in Degrees of Importance from One Another, I Believe that President Obama Should Authorize An Official from His Inner Circle of Advisors, in The White House, or, U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch/DOJ, to Participate in and Oversee Any Present or Future Violations of Trust between Law Enforcement Officials and The Police!
Just as President Obama Authorized Secretary of State John Kerry to Participate in The P5+1 Nuclear Negotiations with Iran, and Represent The Concerns of The United States, so, Should He Do The Same Thing, by Creating a Special Position Representing The Concerns of American Citizens, who Live in Fear of Profiling or False Claims Being Leveled Against Them, and The Protection of The Fourteenth Amendment, Specifically in All Cases that are Race, Gender, and Law Enforcement Related! "The Prosecutor Mehmet Selim Kiraz Died from His Wounds (the Gunmen were Killed by Security Forces)!"
And, (5) It has been Reported that, on Wednesday, An Attack Occurred on Istanbul's Police Head Quarters, by Two Assailants! The Woman Assailant was Killed and the Wounded Male was Captured by the Police! And, lastly, "Two Women, who are American Citizens, living in Queens, New York, were Arrested and Charged with Plans to Build a Bomb, in a Months long Undercover Investigation!" The Undercover Investigation Revealed that the Two Women Intended on "Targeting Military or Government Sites!"
These are, "Just a Few of the Recent Terrorist Attacks, by Militant/Extreme Radical Syndicates, and Their Associates/Initiatives, that have been Perpetuated against Innocent Women and Men!"

"On February 10th, 2015, Antonio Zambrano-Montes was Accused of Throwing Rocks at Cars in a Busy Street Section, in Pasco, Washington," and, "When the Washington State Police Arrived, It is Reported that, He Ran away, Resisting Arrest!" But, "When He Turned and Proceeded to Throw Rocks at The Police who were Chasing Him, The Police Shot Him 17 Times!"
"Is Pasco to Become Another Ferguson," But, "This Time For the Latino Community, in The U.S.!"
The U.S. Department Of Justice, has Begun Investigations in this Act of Violence!
And, "Why was it Necessary for a White Police Officer, Michael Thomas Slager, 33, to Shoot and Kill An Unarmed Black Man, Walter Scott, 50, in the Back, Following a Routine Traffic Stop, in North Charleston, South Carolina!"
"The Shooting took Place on Saturday morning, April the 4th, 2015, When Officer Slager Pulled Mr. Scott over because He Had a Broken Taillight!"
"When Mr. Scott began to Runaway, at First, Officer Scott Shot Him with His Taser (an Electronic Stun Gun)," but, "When that Did Not Stop Mr. Scott, Officer Slager Shot Him in the Back," and then, "Cuffed His Hands behind His Back, while He Lay Face Down, on the Ground!"
The Coroner told Chris Stewart, the Attorney for the Scott Family, that "Mr. Scott was Shot Five Times, Three Times in the Back, Once in the Upper Buttocks, and Once in the Ear, with at least One Bullet Entering His Heart!"
There are "Several Unanswered Questions here," Such as; (1) Why Did Mr. Scott Try to Escape (Which Unfortunately We Will Never Fully Know), but, "The Most Important Question is, Why was it Necessary for Police Officer Slager to Use Lethal Force!"
"Police Officer Slager is Being Charged with Murder!"
"This Entire Affair was Filmed on Video by a Bystander!" And, "It Clearly Shows the Police Officer, Firing His Weapon at the Unarmed Man as He was Running away!" "But Again, Why was it Necessary to Use Lethal Force!"
The Supreme Court has Held that An Officer May Use Deadly Force against a Fleeing Suspect only When There is Probable Cause that the Suspect "Poses a Significant Threat of Danger or Serious Physical Injury to the Officer or Others!"
"The U.S. Department of Justice, and The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, The State's Criminal Investigative Bureau, and The F.B.I. have All Begun Investigations!"

And lastly, the 7 Innocent People whose Lives were Taken away from Their Families by Another Series of Senseless Acts of Violence, Last Thursday Evening, February 26th, in Tyrone, Missouri.
The Murderer, Joseph Jesse Aldridge, 36, went to at least 4 Homes, within a 3 mile area, and Killed 7 of His Neighbors, including Several of His Own Relatives, and Wounding Another, Before Finally Taking His Own Life!
The Innocent Victims were; Garold Dee Aldridge, 52, His Wife, Julie Ann Aldridge, 47, and, Wayne Aldridge, 50, and His Wife, Janell Arlisa Aldridge, 48. The Names of The Other 3 Victims were Not Identified by Law Enforcement Officials. Who also said that, "They Knew of No Motive for These Killings," although, the Natural Death of The Gunman's Mother, that Same Evening, May have something to do with His Violent Acts Towards His Relatives and Neighbors!

And lastly, the 7 Innocent People whose Lives were Taken away from Their Families by Another Series of Senseless Acts of Violence, Last Thursday Evening, February 26th, in Tyrone, Missouri.
The Murderer, Joseph Jesse Aldridge, 36, went to at least 4 Homes, within a 3 mile area, and Killed 7 of His Neighbors, including Several of His Own Relatives, and Wounding Another, Before Finally Taking His Own Life!
The Innocent Victims were; Garold Dee Aldridge, 52, His Wife, Julie Ann Aldridge, 47, and, Wayne Aldridge, 50, and His Wife, Janell Arlisa Aldridge, 48. The Names of The Other 3 Victims were Not Identified by Law Enforcement Officials. Who also said that, "They Knew of No Motive for These Killings," although, the Natural Death of The Gunman's Mother, that Same Evening, May have something to do with His Violent Acts Towards His Relatives and Neighbors!

If "We Built of Bridge of Remembrance," Commemorating The Lives Lost in Combat, Concentration Camps, Civil Rights Movements, Acts of Terror, Non-Combatants, and Poverty from The 20th to the 21st Century, the Sight of It Would Be Nothing less than A Heart-Retching, Traumatizing, Devastating, Shocking, Unbelievable, Catastrophic, and Overwhelmingly Disastrous Sight to See! More than 60 Million Lives Lost in WWII alone!
"This Can Never Happen again!" No Child or Parent Should Ever have to Go Through this, again!
"President Obama's Request of The U.S. Congress For A Resolution that would Authorize Him to Continue Campaigning against ISIS," is "The Proper Action to Take under The United States Constitution!" And, "This Resolution, Together with The 2001 Authorization by Congress," and "The Comity of United and Committed Coalition Forces," Will "Signify How Resolute, Steadfast, and Dedicated The U.S. and The World Nations are in Their War on Terrorism!"

It was Very Impressive Seeing and Hearing A Star Studded Group of Very Talented, Ego less Artists, Collectively Playing and Sharing The Stage Together, with A Highly Appreciative Audience of Music Lovers from All over The World!
And, "There is was," Right before my Eyes, "As Difficult as It May Be to Believe or Perceive," (or Whether You Choose to Look upon It as A Metaphor or Reality) "Proof" that "We Can All Get Along," "Irregardless of Where You Come from, or What Religion You Belong to, or The Color of Your Skin, or Gender!"
