"The Grievance" was "Being Filed on Behalf of Philadelphia Immigration Judge Steven A. Morley," whom "AG Sessions Removed from Approximately Ninety Immigration Cases," "Allegedly to Gain a Different Outcome!"

-Note that, "The President of The Immigration Judge Association," Judge Ashley Tabbador, said, "By interfering with this process and removing the cases before Judge Morley, the Agency's action violated the independence of the Judge's decision-making authority, and undermined the integrity of the immigration court."

Judge Tabbador also said, "We as Judges, who are bound to the oath of office, cannot let this action proceed unchallenged."

"It is now up to The Department of Justice," to "Prove without a Doubt," that "Judge Morley committed potential violations of processes and practices."

Judge Sullivan has "Halted The Deportation from Taking Place!"

"Let Us Simply Comprehend" that "This Mother and Daughter are Not Gang Members," and The Audacity of AG Sessions," who "Had To Know that The Plaintiff, Known as Carmen, and Her Daughter," were "Removed from The Detention Center They had Been Staying in, and were "To Be Placed on An Airplane," and "Deported from The United States," While "Their ACLU Attorney's were Working on Their Behalf," is "Morally Unpardonable!"
