The First Step Towards The Denuclearization of The Democratic People's Republic of Korea has "Been Completed with President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong-Un Signing "A Joint Statement," that President Trump Referred to as Being "Very Comprehensive," "Towards Completing The Reality of This Goal!" 

Here is a Synopsis of "The Joint Statement!" "Both Sovereign Nations Committed to Establishing The Building of a lasting and robust peace regime on the Korean Peninsula, and new relations that will contribute to the peace and prosperity of the Korean Peninsula, in accordance with the desire for the peoples of the two countries for peace and posterity, Reaffirming the 2018 Panmunjom Declaration, Recovering POW/MIA remains including the immediate repatriation of those already identified, a commitment to hold follow-on negotiations, led by U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and a relevant high-level official of The DPRK, at the earliest possible date to implement the outcomes of the U.S.-DPRK summit,  and a commitment of the Two Leaders to co-operate for the development of new U.S.-DPRK relations and for the promotion of peace, prosperity,and security of the Korean peninsula and of the world."

President Trump also Spoke of Ending Military Exercises with South Korea!"

"Let Us All Agree" that "This is The Opening Scene of A Historical Moment," that has "The Grand Potential of Rewarding and Bringing Positive Benefits" to "South Korea, Japan, China, The United States and North Korea!"

However, "Let Us also Agree" that "It Will Take Patience, Perseverance, and Positive Input by All of These Sovereign Nations," who have "Already Made Important Contributions to Bring President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong-Un Together," to "See This Historical Moment Through to The End!" And, "They Will have to Continue to Make Important Contributions," If, "They" are "Truly to Bring Peace to The Korean Peninsula" and "All of Asia!"

This "Joint Statement" is Basically "A Declaration of Trust," and "A Work in Progress," that "Will Take Years to Finalize," However, It is A Good Beginning" and "Seeing The Two Leaders," who had "Been Quite Hostile Towards One Another Shaking Hands" is "A Photo that Will Be Shown All Around The Earth!" 

And, "Just Maybe This Time" The United States, The Democratic People's Republic of Korea and South Korea "Will Truly Give Peace A Chance!" Because to Be Absolutely Clear, "This is Not The First Time North Korea and The United States" have "Shook Hands," and "Signed A Joint Agreement" with "The Full Intention of The Denuclearizing North Korea!" And, that's Why "It is A Declaration of Trust," that "Both Sovereign Nations Must Remain True to!" And, For Any "Formal or Informal Agreement to Work," "It Must Be to The Satisfaction of All Parties Involved!"
  

"The Citizens of The United States of America," have "Been Fortunate" to have had "An Inspired Leadership/Founders," to "Establish A Democracy and  Republic," and "A Government Of The People By The People and For The People!" In The Meantime, President Trump is "Holding The Line on Raising Steel and Aluminum Tariffs" on The European Union, Canada, and Mexico, "All Traditional Allies of The United States!"
"Which One Can Imagine is "Causing Frank and Frustrating Conversations" amongst "The Leaders from Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain and The United Kingdom" Attending at The 44th G7 Summit in La Malbaie, Quebec, Canada!

(French President Emmanuel Macron Candidly and Straightforwardly Made it Clear to Reporters,  "Maybe the American President doesn't care about being isolated today, but we don't mind being six, if need be. Because, these six represent values, represent an economic market, and more than anything, represent a real force at the international level today.")

President Macron's Office said in A Statement that "France and other EU countries would maintain their support for the final G7 Communique." And, "Let's be serious and worthy about our people. We make commitments and keep to them," ...and, "International co-operation can not be dictated by fits of anger and throwaway remarks."

And, Germany has also said "It would abide by the Communique!"  However, Sunday, The Tenth of June 2018, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said in An Interview on German Public Television that, in Regards to President Trump's Disavowal of The Joint Declaration, "Taking it back by tweet was of course sobering and also a little disappointing." 

"Let's One and All Come to An Obvious Agreement" that "We are All have Ancestors from Different Nations of The Earth!" And, In Fact, "The United States is A Sovereign Nation of Immigrants," with "The Exception of Native Americans," and "We are One and All a Part of The Diverse Tapestry and Fabric Of The People!"

And, "Yes, We May have Our Differences of Opinion," But, "This is Our Right to Enjoy as A Democracy!" And, "The Electoral Process Gives Us An Opportunity to Choose and Elect The Women and Men who We Feel are Best Suited" to "Represent Our Values, Traditions, and Law of The Land!" 

And, "History has Taught Us to Choose Allies" who "Believe in Freedom and Respect For The Rights of All Sovereign Nations!" 

And, "History has also Taught Us" that "There is No Real Benefit For The United States to Be Isolated from The The Earths Community of Sovereign Nations!"

And, Once again, "It's Worth Repeating" that "The United States is Not A One-Party- Rule," or "A One-Man-Rule Form of Government!" The U.S. is A Republic, Democracy, and "A Government Of The People By The People, and For The People!"

And, "Let Us Altogether" "As A Great Soul Force Of The People," "Re-Commit and Re-Dedicate Ourselves to Be Public Servants," and "Conservators and Protectors of The Earths Environment and Ecological Systems," and "The Lives Of All Human and Sentient Beings!"

On Monday, The Eleventh of June 2018 The Associated Press Released These Fact Check Figures on President Trump's Trade Export, Deficit, and Surplus Figures; (1) United States Agriculture Department said, Exports of Food Products have grown "steadily over the last two decades." And, "The United States Exported $17.4 Billion More than It Imported last year!" 

And, In Regards to Mexico and Canada under The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Last Year, "The U.S. Exported $20.5 Billion to Canada, although at A Deficit at $1.8 Billion," and "The United States Exported $18.6 Billion to Mexico at a Deficit of 6 Billion!" So, There is "Room for Negotiations, Especially Amongst Allies and Economic Partners!"

In Regards to China on "Farm Goods," The United States Sold $21 Billion in Agricultural Products in 2016, For a Surplus of $16.7 Billion!

And, In Regards to Trade Deficits with The EU, "The United States has A Surplus in Services," Which President Trump has Not Included in His Computation!"

However, "The EU Does have Surpluses in Trade Overall," But, President Trump's Figures are "Not Correct Because He Excludes Services." 

"The Administrations Consensus Bureau and Bureau of Economic Analysis" have "Placed The EU Surplus at $568.4 Billion instead of $817 Billion last Year," as "President Trump has Stated" in "His Trade Argument with The EU!"

And, "In Actuality, "The EU Trade Surplus is $101 Billion, Not The $151 Billion," that "The President Tweeted about on Thursday, The Seventh of June 2018!" 

And, "The U.S. Trade Representative's Office" says that "Two Way U.S.-EU Trade has been roughly balanced over time" and the very high levels of foreign investment accounted for by each in the others markets means that the trans-Atlantic economy is arguably the most integrated on Earth.

And, Yes, President Trump is Correct When He Points Out The U.S. Unemployment Numbers, as He Did on Saturday, The Ninth of June 2018, But, "The Overall Picture is Different," There are "Millions of Children Living in Poverty in The U.S." and "Millions of Americans who are Living Below The Poverty Line," and "This is "No Time for Patting Each Other on The Back," and "Making Compliments," "It's Time to Set New Goals Towards An End of Poverty and Homelessness in The United States," and "Althroughout The Earths Communities!"

And, "Let's Be Absolutely Clear" that, "Making Personal Diatribes Towards Any Leader of A Sovereign Nation" is "Not The Cognitive, Insightful, Reasoned and Seasoned Thoughtful Process Needed to Reach New Agreements of Global Economic and Social Equilibre," amongst "Global Partners and Allies!"

Some Global Cross Media News Reports Go Beyond The Facts Involved Such as "The Deeply Disturbing Story/Case of A Thirty-One Year Old Mother," An Immigrant from Brazil, Named Jocelyn  and Her Fourteen Year Old Son, James, who Crossed The Texas Border into The United States, Illegally, to "Seek Asylum in The U.S." and "Mrs. L" and "Her Seven Year Old Daughter S.S." from The Congo!

 In The First Instance, Instead of The Hoped Asylum They were Seeking, "Jocelyn and Her Son James," were "Separated from Each Other" with "Jocelyn Being Sentenced to Twenty-Five Days in Jail," for "Illegally Entering The United States," (Which is A Misdemeanor) and "James Being Sent to A Facility in Chicago," under "The The Watch of The U.S. Office of Refugee Resettlement," and "Would Not See Him again For Ten Months!" (It Took the Government almost Two Months to Finally Locate James for His Release).  

"The Question" is "Why was or Should James have Been Separated from His Mother?" Or, "For What Reason," or "For What Purpose" was "James Separated from His Mother?"  

And, "The Question" is "Now that We are All Aware of These Individual Examples of Separating Parents who are Seeking Asylum from Their Children," Do We Believe that "This Immigration Practice or Policy Best Represents The Moral Standards, Values, and Traditions that The America is Renowned for?"

Fortunately, "For Jocelyn and Her Co-Plaintiff, Another Mother" from Congo, Identified only as "Ms. L" The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) Brought Their Lawsuit Before A Federal Judge in California!"

Jocelyn's Lawsuit, "on Behalf of herself, and hundred's of others, claims that the government is illegally separating migrant parents and children held in immigration detention without a showing that the parent is unfit or presents a danger to the child. The plaintiffs also claim that prior administrations detained migrant families but did not have a policy of forcibly separating fit parents from their children."

"The Deputy Director of The ACLU Immigrants Rights Project," Lee Gelernt, and Jocelyn's Attorney said, "This is an enormous ruling rejecting the government's attempt to insulate its brutal separation policy from constitutional scrutiny."  In the most forceful language, the court rejected the Trump administration claim that the Constitution permits it to engage in the inhumane practice of tearing little children away from their parents."

And, "The Same Question Applies" for "Mrs. L" who had "Been Held at A San Diego Immigration Facility," and "Separated from Her Seven Year Old Daughter S.S. for "Four Months," who is also "Being Detained in A U.S. Health and Human Resources Department's Office of Refugee Resettlement" in Chicago!" "In The Case of "Mrs. L" She "Did Not have Legal Documentation Proving that She was the Mother of S.S.," However, "This was Proven to Be True by A Simple DNA Test!" So, The Question Remains "Why were They Separated for Four Months!"

"This Lawsuit was Filed in February of 2018 by The ACLU," and "Seeks to have the separation of families during the asylum process declared illegal." 

And, "On Wednesday, The Sixth of June 2018 "U.S. District Judge Dana Sabraw of The United States District Court for the Southern  District of California Ruled" that "The lawsuit can go forward challenging the Trump Administration's practice of separating children from their parent's who are seeking asylum." 
And, Judge Sabraw also said, "the practice is brutal, offensive, and fails to comport with traditional notions of fair play and decency."

"History has Shown Us that One of The Most Important Aspects of Governing is to Include Compassion for Those Who are in Need," and/or "Those Fellow Human Beings Who are Being Oppressed and Threatened" by "Dictators, Government Corruption and Violence, Armed Invasions, Terrorists, or Drug Cartels!"

And, "The Allegation" If Proved to Be True, that "This is An Official Government Practice" is "Against Everything that America Stands for" and "Symbolizes to All of The People of The Earth," "Its Financial Leaders, and Religious Leaders, and "The Leaders of The Earths Coalition of Sovereign Nations and Allies!"

President Trump Wrote in The Letter; "Dear Mr. Chairman, We greatly appreciate your time, patience, and effort with respect to our recent negotiations and discussions relative to a summit long sought by both parties, which was scheduled to take place on June 12 in Singapore. We were informed that the meeting was requested by North Korea, but that to us is totally irrelevant. I was very much looking forward to being there with you. Sadly, based on the tremendous anger and open hostility displayed in your most recent statement, I feel it is inappropriate, at this time, to have this long-planned meeting. Therefore, please let this letter serve to represent that the Singapore summit, for the good of both parties, but to the detriment of the world, will not take place. You talk about your nuclear capabilities, but ours are so massive and powerful that I pray to God they will never have to be used.

I felt a wonderful dialogue was building up between you and me, and ultimately, it is only that dialogue that matters. Some day, I look very much forward to meeting you. In the meantime, I want to thank you for the release of the hostages who are now home with their families. That was a beautiful gesture and was very much appreciated.

If you change your mind having to do with this most important summit, please do not hesitate to call me or write. The world, and North Korea in particular, has lost a great opportunity for lasting peace and great prosperity and wealth. This missed opportunity is a truly sad moment in history.

Tuesday, The Fifteenth of May 2018 Federal Judge Amy Berman Jackson of U.S. District Court of Columbia Seriously Set Back Former Trump Campaign Chairman Paul Manafort's Attempts to Escape Special Counsel Robert Manafort by "Ruling that Rod Rosentstein, Deputy Attorney General "Followed the Justice Department's Rule's when he hired Robert Mueller and Robert Mueller's case against Paul Manafort is not overly broad or improper." And, "The Special Counsel did not act without authority."

Judge Jackson also wrote "Manafort was, at one time, not merely 'associated with,' but the chairman of the Presidential Campaign, and his work on behalf of the Russian-backed Ukrainian political party and connections to other Russian figures are matters "of public record"....and "that it was "logical and appropriate" for investigator's tasked with probing for links between Russian government and and campaign associates "to direct their attention to him."

Judge Jackson's Ruling was a Stark Contrast with "Another Judge T.S. Ellis III for the Eastern District of Virginia, who on Friday, The Fourth of May 2018 "Aggressively questioned the Prosecutor's about Whether They were Using The Manafort Indictment to "exert leverage on a defendant" and that "The Mueller Team is trying to make Manafort sing."And, that "They "don't really care" about Manafort, or the charges they've brought against him."

Again, This is Appears to Be Totally Contrary to The Ruling Made by Judge Jackson!"

Paul Manafort, of course,  is "Hoping that Judge Ellis Will Rule in Favor of His Motion to Dismiss the Federal Grand Jury indictment against him."

Judge Ellis has Asked the Prosecutor's to "Turn over An Unredacted Memo under Seal, that "Gives Robert Mueller Authority to Investigate Paul Manafort's Ukraine Work," Issued on The Second of August 2017, so that "He Can Determine whether the parts made public by Mueller's Team were indeed the only portions relevant to Manafort."

Perception is Everything and When A Judge says "I don't see what relation this indictment has (Meaning The Indictment against Paul Manafort) to the special counsel's authority," It is Understandable Why Rudy Giuliani Referred to Judge Ellis During The Weekend News Programs Whenever He had The Opportunity!"
However Michael Dreeben, The Attorney Arguing for The Mueller Team, said "the Manafort indictment falls within the Russian investigation because he was an official in the Trump campaign and had connections to Ukraine."

Attorney Dreeben also said in Response to Judge Ellis' comment that "We don't want anyone with unfettered power," (Out of Concern over Robert Mueller's Authority) "We are not operating with unfettered power," and also Noted that "The Mueller Investigation is Accountable to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein" and "The August Second Memo" that Details The Boundaries of The Investigation."

Paul Manafort and His Attorney are Attempting to Convince Judge Ellis with "A Two Part Argument (1) That Rod Rosenstein did not have the power to give Robert Mueller that broad authority to investigate "any matters that that arose or may rise directly from the investigation. 

And (2) That even if Rosenstein did have that authority, Mueller overstepped the investigations parameters by bringing charges stemming from activities the Justice Department was aware of before Mueller was appointed."

However, "You Can Clearly Comprehend Why Paul Manafort" and "His Team of Attorney's are Not Happy with Judge Amy Berman Jackson's Ruling Against Them!"

Judge Jackson Wrote in Her Thirty-Seven Page Opinion Paper "Given the combination of his prominence within the campaign and his ties to Ukrainian officials supported by and operating out of Russia, as well as to Russian Oligarchs, Manafort was an obvious person of interest."

And so, "Paul Manafort Will Be Going to Trial in Washington," in September of 2018!

"DMJ 0972" was "A Domestic Flight Departing for Holguin, The Fourth Largest City in Cuba," and "Popular Tourist Area," that was "Originally Bound for Guyana!"

Margot Kidder's Career as An Actress Took Notice in Brian De Palmas Film Thriller "Sisters" in 1973, and She Won Two Canadian Best Actress Awards For "Black Christmas" and "A Quiet Day in Belfast" in 1974, and was "Cast in A Lead Role in "The Great Waldo Pepper" (Starring Robert Redford) in 1975, and "Co-Starring with Christopher Reeve," in "Superman" in 1978,  and "The Amityville Horror" in 1979," and "Apocalypse III:Tribulation," in 2000, After which, "She Worked Steadily in Independent Films," into The Twenty-First Century, Winning A Daytime Emmy Award in 2015 for Her Performance in R.L.
