"A Gradual Recovery," that "Began During The Obama Presidency," However, that is "Not the Point," Because even then, "It was Very Difficult to Digest and Comprehend," that There was "A Parallel Universe of Americans," "The Homeless and Transient Population" that "Existed in The United States of America," Whose "Faces were Visible Everywhere," and "All Too Evident on The Streets, Sidewalks, in Tent's, Wooded Area's, Train Tunnel's, Doorway's, and Alleyway's," or "Living in Their Van's, Trucks, and Cars!" And, "They Remain All Too Evident in The Trump Administration!"

And, Quite Honestly, "These Families or Individuals Could have Been Your Grandmother or Grandfather, Sister or Brother, Niece or Nephew!" Or, Quite Possibly, A Co-Worker who Lost Their Job, or "A Close Friend who was Going Through A Divorce," or "An Adult who Could No Longer Afford to Live in An Assisted Living Facility or Nursing Home with No Family" or "Enough Financial Resources to Help Them," or "A Student who Could Not Afford The Rent," or "A Single Parent Unable to Make Ends Meet (as the saying goes), or "A Middle Class Family" who "Could No Longer Cover Their Mortgage and Their Children's Student Loans and Found Themselves Living A Transient Lifestyle from One Location to Another" with "Their Children Changing Schools on A Frequent Basis," or "The Artist, Musician, Dancer, Actress and Actor, Technician, Production Worker, Waiter or Waitress, who "Find Themselves Bouncing around from Friend to Friend and Stranger to Stranger, only to Find Themselves Crashing Wherever They Can!"

And, "The List" Goes on and on, and "It is Important to Remember" that "This is Beyond The Plight of Coal Miners and Steel Workers," There are "Fifteen Million Children" Living in Families with "Incomes Below The Federal Poverty Threshold in The United States!"

I Remember Seeing Footage of Senator Robert Kennedy Traveling to Appalachia in the 1960's, and "Being Amazed by Seeing The Poverty Struck Communities Living there!" Is "There Any Wonder Why So Many are Distrustful and Disappointed in Their Elected Officials!" And, "Why So Many have Been Demoralized, Disheartened, and Given up," or "Resigned Themselves that This Will Never Change!"

And, Even Though We See Their Faces, "The Faces of The Homeless and Transient Person almost Everyday, "They have, "In Truth Become Invisible!" "They are "Not Accounted for in Any Polling Data," Nor are "They Considered Important to Any Growth or Development Surveys!" "They are "Invisible!" 

And, "This is Why" along with The "Me Too," "Times Up" and "March For Our Lives" Gun-Control, School Safety and Protest Against Gun-Violence Movements," "An Anti-Poverty Movement is Needed to Change The Sociological Image," and "Face Of The Diverse Fabric and Tapestry Of The People of The United States of America," and "The Earths Populace as well," For "Poverty is Everywhere!"

And, "This is Why," Our Local, State, Regional and Federal Governments, "Must Logically Understand" that "In Practically Every Community," or Nearby, "There are Homeless and Transient Families" who are "Becoming a Part of A Growing Population of People, Human Beings," who are on "The Verge of Becoming Destitute," and "Invisible!"

And, "When You Add Them Together with The Victims of Natural Disaster's," who have "Lost Their Homes," or had "Their Lives Totally Uprooted," and have had "To Move to Another City, Town, State or Country," You Can See, "Just How Serious This Problem has Grown to Be!"

And, "Provisions Must Be Made," and "Funding Must Be Granted," to "Confront This Growing Universe of Humanity" who are "Forced to Ask for Help, and Pity," and "Should Not have to!" There is "Just So Much A Place of Worship Can Do!" And,  There is "Just So Much that Non-Profit Organizations Can Do!" "A Grand Collective Of The People Must Come Together," to "Help Eliminate Homelessness from Our Society!"

And, "We have to One and All Realize," that "This is Beyond Being A Drug Addict," or "An Alcoholic!" "It Could Be A Member of The Armed Services Devastated by PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder)!"

What is Interesting is "The Department of Justice's Oct, 21, 2016 FISA Application and Three Subsequent Renewals carefully outlined for the court a multi-pronged rationale for surveilling Page, who at the time of the first application was no longer with the Trump campaign."

And, Further  Points of Interest are; (1) Christopher Steele's Raw Intelligence reporting did not inform the FBI's decision to initiate its counter intelligence investigation in late 2016, (2) The Department of Justice Carefully Detailed Carter Page's past relationship with Russian Spies, and interaction with Russian Officials during the 2016 campaign, and cited multiple sources to support the case of surveilling page, (3) Reference was made about the Information Gleaned from George Papadopolous, and (4) Information that the FBI began to receive from Christopher Steele continued through the end of October 2016, and, (5) FISA was not used to spy on Trump and His Campaign, as the Trump Campaign and Page have claimed, (6) The DOJ warrant request was based on compelling evidence and probable cause to believe Page was knowingly assisting clandestine Russian intelligence activities in the U.S.: and,  (7) The FBI had an independent basis for investigating Page's motivations and actions during the campaign, transition, and following the inauguration, (8 Page resided in Moscow from 2004 to 2007 and pursued business deals with Russia's state owned-energy company Gazprom, (9) A Russian Intelligence Agent had Targeted Page for Recruiting, (10) In 2013 prosecutors indicted three other Russia spies, two of whom targeted Page for recruitment, (11) In 2016 Page joined the Trump campaign, gave a university commencement speech, and met with Igor Sechin the executive chairman of Rosneft, Russia's state-owned Oil Company, and close friend of President Putin, and Igor Divyekin, a senior Kremlin official. Sechin allegedly discussed the prospect of future U.S.-Russian energy cooperation, (12) Divyekin Allegedly disclosed to Page the Kremlin had compromising information on Clinton (Kompromat) and, (13) "noted its possibility of being released to Candidate #1's campaign." (Candidate #1 refers to Trump!)-This closely tracks what other Russian contacts were informing another foreign Policy advisor, George Papadopoulos, and, (14) The Department of Justice Continually informed the FISA Court about (Christopher) Steele's background, credibility, and potential bias. and, (15) The Court was notified by the DOJ when the FBI acted promptly to terminate Steele after learning from him (after DOJ filed the first warrant application)  that he had discussed his work with a media outlet in late October.

Devin Nunes and The Republicans on The House Intelligence Committee and President Trump," versus Rep. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein said The Russians charged called their work "information warfare against the United States," with the goal of spreading distrust of candidates and the political system, in general.

And, Some Defendants "communicated with unwitting individuals associated with the Trump Campaign" without revealing their association with Russia.

And, Ultimately, the "Defendants" operations included supporting the presidential campaign on then-candidate Donald J. Trump and Disparaging Hillary Clinton."

"The Thirty-Seven Page Indictment charges all of the Defendants with Conspiracy to defraud the United States" three Defendants with the conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bank fraud, and five defendants with aggravated identity theft."
